Culisele statului paralel | Cum au făcut avere frații Cristescu din marile tunuri date statului român – ce s-a ales de fabricile și uzinele timișorene

Ce au reușit să cumpere frații Cristescu din Timișoara în ultimii 30 de ani și au ajuns să fie stăpâni peste industrii și chiar și peste lumea politică. Averile lui Emil și Marius Cristescu ajung la 650 de milioane de euro după multe contracte avantajoase cu statul și tunuri date pentru a transforma uzinele în mall-uri. Cum au decimat uzinele și fabricile de la stat, dar și ce recompense au primit de la politicieni, dezvăluite de Anca Alexandrescu în emisiunea „Culisele statului paralel” de joi la Realitatea PLUS.

Ce s-a ales de fabricile și uzinele luate de frații Cristescu de la statul român? Începând cu orașul lor natal, Timișoara, unde presă locală susține că Bega Grup deține peste 820.000 de metri pătrați din terenul intravilan, frații Marius și Emil Cristescu și-au clădit un imperiu uriaș.

În 1998 au cumpărat de la Fondul Proprietății de Stat fabrica de mobilă „Tehnolemn” în schimbul a doar 2,6 miliarde lei vechi. Imediat după încheierea contractului cu statul român, cei doi au vândut un singur activ al societății, contra unei sume de peste 6 miliarde lei, tot la stat. Cumpărătorul a fost Casa Județeană de Asigurări de Sănătate Timiș care și-a amenajat sediul central în imobilul respectiv, titrează presă națională. Și dacă în 1999, imediat după privatizare, „Tehnolemn” avea 236 de angajați, în 2004 numărul acestora a ajuns… la doar unul. Iar la începutul lui 2006, Adunarea Generală a Acționarilor a hotărât dizolvarea și lichidarea voluntară.

În anul 1999, cei doi au intrat în posesia fostelor hale și clădiri istorice ale Atelierelor CRF, unde se reparau locomotive cu abur și vagoane. În 2018, clădirile considerate de mare importanță istorică au fost demolate.

Frații Cristescu au cumpărat de la stat și fabrica Tehnometal sau Întreprinderea de Autoturisme Timișoara, cum era cunoscută în epoca ceaușistă, locul unde a fost creată Dacia 500 Lăstun.
Povestea acesteia începe la din primii ani ai secolului XX, atunci când a fost ridicată prima construcție, Fabrica de lanțuri. Între timp aceasta și-a schimbat destinația și implicit denumirea în Tehnometal. Fabrica a ajuns o ruină.

Frații Cristescu au cumpărat și fabrica Dermatina din Timișoara, au demolat-o apoi i-au vândut terenul. În locul ei a răsărit un mall.

Au cumpărat de la stat și fosta fabrică Optica, pe care au transformat-o în spații de birouri și unde, culmea!, statul a ajuns să fie chiriaș. Frații Cristescu au oferit contra cost spații de birouri pentru Agenția de Plăți pentru Dezvoltare Rurală și Pescuit (APDRP) Timișoara, pentru Finanțele Locale, Oficiul de Șomaj și Casa Națională de Asigurări de Sănătate.

Tot în Timișoara, frații Cristescu au primit și un teren cadou. S-a întâmplat la scurt timp după revelionul petrecut de Ponta la domeniul lor din Orăștie, scrie Evenimentul Zilei. Terenul era evaluat la peste 3 milioane de euro și este situat chiar în centrul Timișoarei.

Marius și Emil Cristescu au primit de la fostul ministru al Economiei Constantin Niță din Guvernul Ponta III, o imensă parcare în centrul orașului de pe Bega. Asta în ciuda unei sentințe definitive și irevocabile care nu permitea înstrăinarea terenului din patrimoniul statului. Ministrul Niță a semnat însă un act prin care trece terenul în patrimoniul oamenilor de afaceri ignorând sentința.

În 2005, România Liberă anunța că fabrica prahoveană Real Pleașa a fost tăiată și vândută la fier vechi aproape în întregime. Privatizată cu mare tam-tam, cu câțiva ani în urmă, fosta producătoare de materiale refractare a ajuns în stare de lichidare judiciară, după o administrare de “succes” a patronatului condus de frații Cristescu, proprietarii holdingului timișorean de firme Bega Grup. 500 de oameni au intrat în grevă atunci, de teamă șomajului, cerând și socoteală Autorității pentru Valorificarea Activelor Statului (AVAS).

Până în 1989 era denumită perla producătorilor de produse din materiale refractare. În 2005 Real Pleașa e privatizată către Bega Grup.

Conform contractului de privatizare din 2001, frații Cristescu erau obligați să mențină un număr minim de 720 de angajați din cei 988 existenți la momentul preluării întreprinderii, să facă investiții tehnologice de două milioane de dolari, plus alte 1,75 milioane de dolari pentru protecția mediului. Nimic din toate astea nu s-au întâmplat.

Uzinele Sodice Govora din Vâlcea s-au numărat printre cele mai importante privatizări din palmaresul celor doi timișoreni. În condițiile în care contractul de privatizare încheiat cu APAPS, condusă de Ovidiu Mușetescu în 2002, le interzice fraților Cristescu să înstrăineze activele întreprinderii sau să-i restrângă obiectul principal de activitate, cei doi au decis să vândă bucăți întregi din uzină. Instalațiile deveneau, rând pe rând, fier vechi. În plus, cele două milioane de euro pe care le datorau către APAPS pentru pachetul majoritar de acțiuni au fost dați cu țârâita un an mai târziu de la semnarea contractului. Spre surprinderea oricui, întârzierea uriașă a plății nu a dus la rezilierea contractului. Mai mult, în 2004 Marius și Emil Cristescu au devenit acționari minoritari, după ce s-a decis în adunarea generală a acționarilor creșterea capitalului social. Astfel AVAS a preluat din nou controlul. Datoriile pe care trebuiau cei doi afaceriști timișoreni să le plătească au fost transformate în acțiuni, ceea ce a dus la o scădere uriașă a pachetului Bega Grup: de la 79% la 39%. Câțiva ani mai târziu s-a realizat o nouă privatizare, acțiunile uzinei fiind preluate de o firmă poloneză. În 2019, compania CIECH care a preluat uzinele a anunțat că a oprit producția.

Afaceriștii timișoreni nu s-au oprit doar la această bijuterie a industriei, ci au cumpărat și fabrică Upsom Ocna Mureș, cele două fiind singurele producătoare de sodă caustică la scară mare în România. Au dat 800.000 de dolari pe ea pentru a o lua de la stat și au vândut-o cu 19,5 milioane de dolari unor indieni.

Mândria economiei comuniste, Faur, a fost cumpărată în decembrie 2003 de frații Cristescu, grupul lor fiind singurul ofertant la licitația lansată de APAPS. 3,5 milioane euro i-a costat pe timișoreni să pună mâna pe un teren uriaș în București: 65 de hectare de teren pe care sunt clădiri, hale industriale, două cămine de nefamiliști, un bloc-turn și un complex sportiv.

La privatizarea semnată de președintele Autorității pentru Valorificarea Activelor Statului, Ovidiu Mușetescu, se impunea prin contract ca apartamentele din clădirile de nefamiliști să fie vândute chiriașilor. Frații Cristescu au decis să nu aplice clauză și le-au tăiat oamenilor utilitățile.

Același mod de operare a fost folosit la fiecare de parc industrial. Noii proprietari au impus taxe celor ce au cumpărat apartamente sau mici spații. Ca să poată să își desfășoare activitatea trebuiau să le achite rechinilor imobiliari taxe pe intrarea pe poartă, de amenajare, de întreținere etc, povestea, în 2009, un sindicalist.
