Intrarea în Capitală, cu mașina, se va face contra cost de la anul. Șoferii cu mașini care poluează vor plăti pentru a circula în București chiar și 5.500 de lei. Noile taxe vor fi stabilite in funcție de norma de poluare a vehiculului.
Și șoferii din provincie vor plăti dacă vor să între în Capitală. Toate acestea sînt prevăzute într-un proiect de hotărâre, inițiat de mai mulți consilieri generali, pe care Nicușor Dan spune că nu îl susține.
Planul este ca șoferii să plătească taxe de poluare, de la începutul lui 2023, vreme de 6 ani. Mașinile care poluează vor putea circula în intervalul 08.00 – 20.00, cu excepția zilelor libere, doar cu achitarea unor taxe, indiferent de locul de înmatriculare.
Șoferii Vehiculelor non-euro și pentru cele cu normă de poluare Euro 1 și 2 vor plăti o taxa, după cum urmează: 20 LEI pentru 1 ZI, 55 LEI pentru 3 ZILE, 120 LEI pentru o săptămână, 500 LEI pentru o lună sau 5.500, un an.
Atenție, și autoturismele care nu sunt înmatriculate în București vor plăti o taxă pentru a intră zona A, care va fi cel mai probabil, în centru. Spunem probabil pentru că această zona nu a fost definită deocamdată.
Iată care sunt tarifele: TAXA ZILNICĂ – 20 DE LEI , TAXA pentru 5 ZILE – 90 DE LEI , pentru 7 ZILE – 120 DE LEI , 30 DE ZILE – 500 DE LEI , 365 DE ZILE – 5500 DE LEI.
NU plătesc această taxa cei care dețîn mașini electrice, hybrid, dar și ambulanțele, mașinile MAPN sau cele deținute de persoanele cu handicap.
Cei care nu respectă aceste prevederi ale hotărârii Consiliului General vor fi sancționați cu amenzi între 4.000 și 5.000 de lei.
Banii strânși din taxe se vor duce către un fond special pentru amenajarea de piste pentru biciclete, înnoirea flotei de transport în comun – doar electrice sau hibride, amenajarea unor spații de încărcare, sprijin financiar pentru achiziție mașină electrică care are masă sub 1.500 kg.
Tarifele propuse de cei din primărie
Taxa zilnică – 20 lei
Taxă 5 zile – 90 lei
Taxă 7 zile – 120 lei
Taxă 30 de zile – 500 lei
Taxă 365 de zile – 5.500 lei
