Nagarro, lider global în inginerie digitală și soluții tehnologice, deținută de grupul german Allgeier SE și iQuest, companie specializată în dezvoltarea de soluții software, parte a aceluiași grup, își vor uni forțele în România. Noua organizație va reuni peste 800 de angajați pe plan local.

Fuziunea dintre grupul iQuest și Nagarro face parte din noua strategie a Allgeier SE, companie listată la bursa din Frankfurt. Strategia vizează gruparea tuturor entităților din zona de tehnologie din portofoliu Allgeier într-o divizie distinctă care țintește o listare independentă, respectiv crearea unui lider global inovator, full-service, în domeniul ingineriei digitale și soluțiilor tehnologice.

„Atât Nagarro, cât și iQuest sunt organizații de professional services cu o cultură solidă, ce prezintă mai multe asemănări decât deosebiri, fapt ce conturează avantajele acestei decizii. Ambele companii construiesc soluții plecând de la o înțelegere solidă a nevoilor clienților, cu o versatilitate foarte ridicată și valoare adăugată. Pe de altă parte, noua organizație va putea accesa piețe neabordate până acum de fiecare dintre cele două companii”, a declarat Voicu Stoiciu, Managing Director Nagarro România.

Clienții deserviți de către iQuest se regăsesc, în principal, în zone geografice precum SUA, Marea Britanie, Elveția și Germania, și activează cu precădere în domenii precum servicii financiare, biotehnologie, transport și logistică, utilități, telecomunicații. Pe de altă parte, Nagarro – care operează pe piața locală din 2005 – utilizează un model de livrare global și are clienți din arii de activitate precum producție, transport și  logistică, bănci și asigurări, auto, digital, retail, telecomunicații. În urma acestei fuziuni, noua companie anticipează o consolidare a zonelor comune de activitate, respectiv o extindere în zonele noi, prin exploatarea potențialului noului grup.

În următoarele luni iQuest va fi rebranduit în Nagarro, însă, la nivel operațional, cele două organizații nu vor suferi modificări: specialiștii Nagarro și iQuest vor avea oportunitatea de a lucra la mai multe proiecte și vor avea acces la tehnologii, experiențe și modele de livrare noi. Astfel, echipele destinate unui proiect pot avea acum în componență specialiști din mai multe zone geografice, operând după un model de livrare global, precum și din arii de expertiză care nu erau disponibile înainte.  

Noua companie, peste 800 de angajați pe plan local

În urma tranzacției, cele două companii vor cumula în România aproximativ 815 de angajați, cea mai mare parte a acestora provenind din grupul iQuest. Nagarro are o echipă de 155 de angajați în cadrul sediului său unic din România, aflat la Timișoara, iar iQuest cumulează în birourile din Cluj-Napoca, Brașov, București, Craiova și Sibiu peste 660 de angajați.
