Comitetul Judeţean pentru Situaţii de Urgenţă Ilfov, în şedinţa extraordinară de duminică, a dispus, ca urmare a ratei de incidenţă de 4,28 a cazurilor de COVID 19, închiderea în întreg judeţul Ilfov, pentru două săptămâni, a restaurantelor, cafenelelor, sălilor de spectacole şi a jocurilor de noroc, informează Prefectura Ilfov.

 „Având în vedere că în Judeţul Ilfov, rata de incidenţă cumulată a cazurilor în ultimele 14 zile este mai mare de 3/1000 locuitori, respectiv 4.28/1000 locuitori, pentru următoarele 14 zile, începând cu data de 03.01.2021 ora 20,00 şi până în data de 17.01.2021 ora 20,00, la nivelul judeţului Ilfov, pentru localităţile în care nu este instituită carantina zonală, se dispune: interzicerea activităţii cu publicul a operatorilor economici care desfăşoară activităţi de preparare, comercializarea şi consumul produselor alimentare şi/sau băuturilor alcoolice şi nealcoolice, de tipul restaurantelor şi cafenelelor, în interiorul clădirilor; activitatea restaurantelor şi a cafenelelor din interiorul hotelurilor, pensiunilor sau altor unităţi de cazare este permisă doar pentru persoanele cazate în cadrul acestor unităţi; – interzicerea activităţii cu publicul a operatorilor economici licenţiaţi în domeniul jocurilor de noroc; interzicerea organizării şi desfăşurarii activităţii în cadrul cinematografelor, instituţiilor de spectacole şi/sau concerte”, se arată în hotărârea 1/2021 a Comitetului Jude’ean pentru Situaţii de Urgenţa Ilfov.

Regimul contravenţional aplicabil pentru nerespectarea măsurilor dispuse este cel stabilit la art. 64 – 70 din Legea nr. 55/2020, iar pentru localităţile din judeţul Ilfov care în acest moment se află sub măsura de carantinare zonala instituită prin ordin al şefului DSU, la încetarea aplicabilităţii măsurii se pun în aplicare prevederile prezentei hotărâri, mai informează Prefectura Ilfov.

În ultimele 24 de ore, poliţiştii IPJ Ilfov şi poliţiştii locali au aplicat 175 de sancţiuni contravenţionale cu amenzi în cuantum total de 21.000 lei, pentru nerespectarea măsurilor de protecţie individuală şi pentru nerespectarea interdicţiilor privind deplasarea/libera circulaţie.

Cea mai mare rată de incidenţă cumulată a cazurilor în ultimele 14 zile în judeţul Ilfov s-a înregistrat în localitatea Tunari de 6,95 la mia de locuitori, urmată de Bragadiru cu 6,36 şi Corbeanca cu 6,13.
