Federaţia Sanitas va demara marţi o serie de acţiuni pentru susţinerea salariaţilor din sănătate şi asistenţă socială, pe fondul apariţiei OUG nr. 226/2020, care prevede îngheţarea salariilor şi pensiilor în acest an.

Potrivit realitatea.net, vor fi organizate pichetări şi mitinguri, în intervalul orar 12:00 – 13:00, de către organizaţiile Sanitas judeţene, în faţa prefecturilor din întreaga ţara, solicitându-se totodată şi convocarea comisiilor de dialog social de la nivelul fiecărei prefecturi.

De asemenea, Uniunea Sanitas Bucureşti, membră a Federaţiei Sanitas din România, va picheta marţi, în intervalul orar menţionat, sediul Guvernului din Piaţa Victoriei.

Sindicaliştii au mai anunţat că vor picheta şi sediile Ministerului Sănătăţii, Ministerului Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale, Ministerului Finanţelor Publice, Guvernului şi Parlamentului României în perioada în care vor avea loc dezbaterile pe Legea bugetului de stat.

„Refuzul Guvernului de a respecta legea şi de a acorda salariile cuvenite pentru anul 2021 salariaţilor din sănătate şi asistenţă socială reprezintă o jignire la adresa efortului pe care fiecare dintre aceştia îl depune zi de zi la locul de muncă, de mai bine de 11 luni. În aceste condiţii, Consiliul Naţional al Federaţiei SANITAS, întrunit astăzi, 5 ianuarie 2021, reprezentând peste 100.000 de membri de sindicat din unităţile sanitare, cele de asistenţă medico-socială şi cele de asistenţă socială, a analizat situaţia creată de apariţia OUG nr. 226/2020 şi a decis organizarea în următoarea perioadă a unei serii de acţiuni pentru susţinerea următoarelor revendicări: aplicarea prevederilor Legii nr. 153/2017 – Legea-cadru privind salarizarea personalului plătit din fonduri publice; stabilirea sporului de condiţii prin raportare la salariul de bază aflat în plată; acordarea stimulentului de risc salariaţilor din asistenţa socială”, se preciza în comunicatul federaţiei transmis AGERPRES în data de 5 ianuarie 2020.

Acţiunile care vor mai fi organizate la nivel naţional de Federaţia Sanitas în perioada următoare vizează lansarea unei petiţii online pentru susţinerea aplicării prevederilor Legii nr. 153/2017 şi exceptarea salariaţilor din sănătate şi asistenţă socială de la prevederile art. I din OUG nr. 226/2020, precum şi solicitarea organizării unor întâlniri la nivelul Guvernului României cu miniştrii responsabili pentru deblocarea situaţiei create de apariţia OUG nr. 226/2020.

De asemenea, sindicaliştii vor redacta o scrisoare deschisă către Preşedinţie, membrii Parlamentului României şi ai Parlamentului European prin care vor să atragă atenţia asupra faptului că „România este singura ţară europeană care în plină pandemie diminuează veniturile salariaţilor care se luptă în mod direct pentru stoparea acesteia”.

Nu în ultimul rând, vor fi informate organizaţiile sindicale internaţionale la care federaţia este afiliată despre situaţia creată de OUG nr. 226/2020 în rândul salariaţilor din sănătate şi asistenţă socială şi solicitarea unor acţiuni de susţinere a membrilor de sindicat.

„În funcţie de rezultatul acţiunilor deja programate, Federaţia Sanitas va continua să organizeze forme de protest legale în această perioadă, pentru susţinerea şi soluţionarea revendicărilor membrilor noştri de sindicat”, au spus reprezentanţii organizaţiei sindicale.
