Români implicați în alegerile pentru Casa Albă. Fostul șef al Ritului Scoțian din Romania, Stelian Nistor, şi partenerul său de la firma Majoritas, Lucian Despoiu, un antreprenor online și consul onorific al Republicii El Salvador, sunt implicați în campania anti-Trump din SUA. Aceștia au plasat mai mulți hackeri români specializați în operațiuni infracționale din lumea virtuală ca să saboteze campania electorala a președintelui american, potrivit unor surse Realitatea PLUS. Cei doi au făcut campanie anti Trump și la alegerile din 2016. 

Lucian Despoiu și co-fondatorul său din Majoritas Stelian Nistor au selectat, undeva la sfârșitul anului 2015, prin Dan Ciobanu, proprietarul companiei Cloud Research Studio, la cererea lui Carol Rollie Flynn și John Garrett, doi apropiați ai administrației Obama și ai lui Hillary Clinton, hackeri români specializați în Dark Web și alte operațiuni infracționale din zona virtuală. 

Aceștia aveau ca scop sabotarea campaniei electorale a lui Donald Trump. 

Hackerii au fost introduși și plasați pe teritoriul Statelor Unite prin intermediul companiei Majoritas cu sprijinul lui Flynn și Garrett, potrivit surselor Realitatea PLUS.

Hackerii selectionați din România erau împărțiți în mai multe echipe formate din doi oameni și acționau în statele unde Donald Trump era favorit să câștige alegerile. Totul trebuia să pară o amplă activitate de susținere pentru acesta venită din Rusia, iar modul de operare al hackerilor români trebuia să fie identic cu cel al rușilor.

Operațiunile acestor echipe erau supravegheate atent de la București, iar în teren erau coordonate de Lucian Despoiu, prin Dan Ciobanu și Ovidiu Bujorean. În afacere este implicat și Colonelul Boris Golovin, fost ofițer în trupele speciale Spetsnatz, aflate sub controlul GRU, serviciul secret de informații militare externe al Rusiei. Acesta a fost lăsat la vatră în România, unde s-a apucat de afaceri. 

Iată ce mărturisea Stelian Nistor într-un interviu din 2016, în preajma alegerilor prezidențiale, acordat revistei „Forum Masonic”: 

„De cinci ani sunt parte în dezvoltarea proiectului „Majoritas”, în calitate de co-fondator alături de Lucian Despoiu. Este vorba despre marketing politic online. Lucrăm, discret, exclusiv în străinătate. 5 preşedinţi, 8 prim miniştri şi 20 de partide în portofoliu. Avem până acum 15 campanii mari, cu 14 victorii. (…) „Majoritas” este o satisfacție uriașă, e ca o dragoste venită la maturitate, este ca un vis care se întâmplă. Am o problemă cu termenul de „vis”, pentru că a visa presupune să dormi, iar „Majoritas” nu ne lasă să dormim, fie şi pentru că avem birouri şi în Washington, Rio de Janeiro, San Salvador, Manila, Tokyo, Accra (Ghana)…”

Pe 12 iunie 2019, presa de la București anunța că România va prelua preşedinţia Conferinţei Mondiale a Ritului Scoţian prin Suveranul Mare Comandor Stelian Nistor, 33°, care urma să fie, pentru 5 ani, din 2020, Preşedintele Conferinţei Mondiale. 

În perioada 31 mai – 2 iunie, o delegaţie a Supremului Consiliu al Ritului Scoţian Antic şi Acceptat din România a participat la Roma la Sesiunea Naţională a Ritului Scoţian din Italia, mai nota presa română, la acea vreme. Cu această ocazie, Supremul Consiliu italian a acordat titlul şi medalia de Membru de Onoare, cea mai înaltă distincţie ce se poate acorda unui străin, conducătorilor Ritului din trei ţări: Statele Unite, Israel şi România.

În septembrie 2018, Marele Comandor Stelian Nistor a povestit, pentru Newsweek România, cum i s-au intersectat drumurile cu Golovin. În urmă cu mai mulți ani, acesta din urmă reprezenta interesele economice ale Rusiei în România. 

„A fost un proiect de oportunitate pentru cele două țări. Ei erau prezenți aici. Golovin era reprezentantul statului rus. Avea mandat pe economic, pentru termocentrale și cărbuni. Cred că știu lucrul ăsta și din presă. Cred că era vorba de recuperarea unei creanțe a statului rus din România”, spunea Stelian Nistor, la acea vreme, pentru publicația amintită.

Ulterior, relația dintre Golovin și Nistor s-a cimentat și cei doi au decis să facă afaceri împreună. Nimic concret, însă, mai spunea masonul șef. 

„Am încercat să facem afaceri, dar nu am lucrat nimic. Nu mai știu cum a început afacerea. Știu că a fost un proiect nereușit. La un moment dat, ne interesa… era o fereastră de oportunitate pentru România. Nu vă pot detalia. Golovin era în aceeași fereastră de oportunitate pentru România. Nu mai știu cum a fost. Dar totul a fost în cadrul legal. Sigur că știam că a fost ofițer KGB. Trebuia să fie de undeva”, spunea Nistor.

Mai mult, în cadrul aceluiași interviu, Stelian Nistor a lăsat să se înțeleagă că serviciile de informații românești au fost tot timpul la curent cu relația dintre el și Golovin: „Știu că a fost un proiect nereușit. Repet, a fost o încercare care nu s-a mai făcut. Avea o fabrică de autobuze. De ceva la modul ăsta. Nu e nimic subversiv în toate acestea. Autoritățile competente nu le află și ele odată cu noi? Ele sunt de când s-a petrecut.” 

Revenind, însă, la episodul privind alegerile din SUA, trebuie să menționăm că Nistor îl vizita frecvent pe Boris Golovin pentru a-i asigura pe Carol Rollie Flynn și John Garrett că Donald Trump va avea mari probleme de imagine și credibilitate. Grație fostei sale activități, Golovin poate să susțină echipele de hackeri români cu specialiști ruși și softuri performante, care să creeze o diversiune foarte bine pusă la punct în Statele Unite.

Stelian Nistor, de profesie actor, a fost Supremul Mare Comandor al Ritului Scoțian Antic și Acceptat până pe 21 aprilie.

Nistor a fost deferit Tribunalului Masonic pentru mai multe abateri de la norme, de la primirea la ținute ale Ritului a unor ne-masoni până la acțiuni care au pus în pericol relațiile dintre masonii de o parte și de alta a Prutului.

Pe 7 mai 2020, Tribunalul Masonic a decis, în unanimitate, excluderea lui Nistor.
