Statul român scoate la licitație, în premieră, monede virtuale, confiscate într-un dosar penal. Este vorba despre Bitcoin și Ethereum.

2020 a fost primul an în care veniturile din criptomonede au trebuit declarate la ANAF. Mai mult, se plătesc și taxe pentru aceste câștiguri, cu condiția ca sumele obținute să depășească 600 de lei într-un an, iar monedele virtuale să fie convertite în lei sau folosite la achiziții.

Pentru veniturile din monede virtuale se datorează impozit pe venit de 10%. În plus, dacă veniturile din această sursă sunt cel puțin egale, într-un an, cu echivalentul a 12 salarii minime brute, trebuie plătită și contribuția la sănătate (CAS) – în cota de 10%. Anul acesta, echivalentul celor 12 salarii minime este 26.760 de lei.

Câștigurile din criptomonede se declară prin intermediul declarației unice, la fel ca celelalte venituri nonsalariale. Formularul poate fi depus și online, prin Spațiul Privat Virtual.

Piața de criptomonede a scăzut în ultimele zile, mai ales dupa ce Donald Trump a anunțat că este infectat cu COVID-19, potrivit mediafax.
