Vicepremierul Kelemen Hunor a declarat, în emisiunea „Legile Puterii”, că anul trecut pensiile au crescut cu 14%, în 2021 acesta fiind mai mari decât în 2020, însă a ținut să menționeze că anul acesta nu vor fi operate majorări. Totodată, Hunor a anunțat că anul acesta rămân în vigoare sporurile, însă de la anul vor dispărea.
„A fost o creșterea a pensiilor din sistemul public de 14%, anul trecut, iar în 2021 acestea sunt mai mari decât anul trecut, însă guvernul a hotărât să mai crească pensiile abia în 2022. Este o decizie corectă, iar în termen de 4 ani de zile creșterea va fi de aproape 43%. Așadar, următoarea indexare a pensiilor se va face din 1 ianuarie 2022”, a declarat vicepremierul Kelemen Hunor în emisiunea „Legile Puterii”.
Vicepremierul a discutat și despre o categorie mult hulită, pensiile speciale, unde susține că discuția trebuie să fie una coerentă, fără accente de populism. El consideră că pensiile speciale trebuie păstrate pentru cei care au foarte multe îngrădiri din cauza muncii pe care o prestează, iar aici a enumerat magistrații, judecătorii sau procurorii, ori militarii, politicienii sau primarii.
„Pensia nu are cum să fie mai mare decât salariul brut”
„Ori mergem pe contributivitate pentru toată lumea, ori alegem varianta în care statul decide ca, după serviciul public, să dai o anumită sumă pentru contributivitate. Dar trebuie să avem limită, pentru că pensia nu poate fi mai mare decât salariul brut. Nu se poate așa, cum nu se poate să ieși la pensie la 45 de ani. Susținem anularea tuturor pensiilor speciale. Nu se poate să ai 70.000 de lei pensia. Un fost ofițet de Securitate, care a făcut poliție politică, iar după Revoluție a lucrat în diverse structuri, m-a anchetat pe mine când eram student, iar acum are pensie de 25.000 de lei și lucrează și la o primarie, de unde mai ia 9.000 de lei. Unde e echitatea? Militarii care au luptat în războaie, anumite categ profesionale, pot beneficia de astfel de pensii, dar nu trebuie ca pensia să fie mai mare ca salariul și nici să ieși la pensie la 45 de ani, ca să poți să te reangajezi la stat”, a mai spus vicepremierul.
„Cea mai mare pensie nu trebuie să depășească salariul președintelui țării”
Liderul UDMR spune că este necesară creșterea vârstei de pensionare pentru cei care pot ieși la 48-50 de ani, și să nu se mai poată cumula pensia cu salariul la stat. El consideră că nicio pensie nu trebuie să fie mai mare decât salariul președintelui, bugetarul cel mai bine plătit din România.
Vicepremierul spune că se dorește ca în 2021 să existe o reformă reală a sistemului de pensii, să se facă o recalculare a pensiilor, pentru că sunt oamenii cu condiții de muncă identice, dar care au pensii diferite.
„Anul acesta sporurile rămân!”
Anunțul care va bucura, cel puțin anul acesta, bugetarii, este faptul că în 2021 nu se va umbla la sporuri. „Marea majoritate a sporurilor vor fi păstrate anul acesta. Am spus că salariile în 2021 nu vor fi mai mici decât cele din decembrie 2020. Dacă scoți sporurile, ar însemna că nu am respectat cuvântul dat în decembrie. Deci, anul acesta, sporurile rămân!”, anunță Hunor.
Vicepremierul totuși spune că multe dintre sporuri vor dispărea de anul viitor, el propunând premierea celor eficienți și care fac performanță în domeniul lor.
„Mi se ridicol să spui, în 2021, că este un risc să lucrezi la calculator. Trebuie lăsată posibilitatea premierii celor eficienți și care performează. Este nevoie de o analiză a acestor sporuri, iar decizia nu se poate lua într-o lună de zile și nici nu se poate da prin ordonanțe. Anul viitor nu vom mai avea aceste sporuri”, amenință vicepremierul.
