România are cea mai mare povară fiscală pe salariul minim, angajaţii făcând salariul aproape jumi-juma cu statul, de aceea, din 2022, va începe aplicarea măsurii privind zero taxe pe salariul minim în diferite sectoare ale economiei, afirmă ministrul Economiei, Antreprenoriatului şi Mediului de Afaceri, Claudiu Năsui.

„Primesc zilnic mesaje şi comentarii care întreabă despre măsura pe care deja o promovăm de mai bine de doi ani, respectiv #zerotaxepesalariulminim. Am vorbit constant despre asta: cea mai mare problemă economică a României este sărăcia. Povara fiscală mare asupra celor mai mici salarii este una dintre cauzele majore ale gonirii românilor de pe piaţa oficială a muncii şi chiar din ţară. Prea mulţi oameni trăiesc în sărăcie cu toate că muncesc 40 de ore pe săptămână. România are cea mai mare povară fiscală pe salariul minim din UE, românii făcând salariul aproape jumi-juma cu statul. La fiecare leu câştigat, statul opreşte aproape 45 de bani. Acest lucru ar fi mai uşor de tolerat dacă serviciile oferite în schimb ar fi unele impecabile, însă adevărul este că, pe lângă taxarea dureroasă a muncii, românii mai plătesc şi TVA, accize şi alte taxe şi impozite. Acestea sunt câteva din motivele pentru care ne-am luptat să cuprindem această măsură în programul de guvernare. Ceea ce am obţinut nu este ideal, dar este un început: din 2022 vom începe aplicarea măsurii în diferite sectoare ale economiei”, a scris ministrul, joi seara, pe pagina sa de Facebook.

El a adăugat că „suntem campionii din Uniunea Europeană” la sărăcia în muncă (procentul de oameni care, deşi au un salariu, nu se ajung cu banii de la o lună la alta) şi pe al doilea loc la numărul de oameni aflaţi în sărăcie sau risc de sărăcie, la mică diferenţă faţă de Bulgaria.

„Lucrurile acestea nu se rezolvă reinventând roata şi testând iar soluţii care au eşuat în trecut. De asemenea, soluţia nu este creşterea salariilor din pix prin decrete de stat. Pentru a avea cu adevărat un impact pozitiv, trebuie să venim cu reforme curajoase ce pun contribuabilul pe primul loc. Netaxarea primilor 2.230 de lei (sau cât este salariul minim) pentru fiecare angajat este un mare pas în asigurarea bunăstării tuturor românilor”, a explicat Năsui.
