VIDEO Ministrul Muncii, nemulţumit de activitatea instituţiilor subordonate din judeţul Covasna

Ministrul Muncii şi Protecţiei Sociale, Violeta Alexandru, care a efectuat o vizită de lucru neanunţată în judeţul Covasna, s-a declarat nemulţumită de activitatea instituţiilor teritoriale aflate în subordine.

„Ca de obicei când vreau să văd realitatea necosmetizată şi nepregătită, ca să nu am o imagine falsă, nu am anunţat această venire în Sfântu Gheorghe şi bine am făcut, pentru că am mers direct la Casa de Pensii, AJOFM, AJPIS, Inspectoratul Teritorial de Muncă şi mi-am format o părere. (…) Ca o concluzie generală, niciuna dintre instituţii nu mi s-a apărut mobilizată faţă de ceea ce mă aşteptam să găsesc în acest moment. Ba mai mult, m-a frapat că erau pustii, pur şi simplu pustii şi nu-mi era clar dacă este o organizare corespunzătoare şi se lucrează de acasă şi în ce formă şi, bineînţeles, că o să mă informeze şefii instituţiilor şi o să îmi fac o imagine mai clară, dar prima mea impresie a fost că nu sunt mobilizaţi aşa cum ar trebui nici unii”, a declarat ministrul Muncii.

Printre altele, Violeta Alexandru s-a arătat nemulţumită de managementul Agenţiei Judeţene de Ocupare a Forţei de Muncă (AJOFM), a cerut Casei de Pensii Covasna să urgenteze soluţionarea dosarelor de pensionare, iar Inspecţiei Muncii să verifice cu rigurozitate dacă firmele au decalat programul de lucru al angajaţilor în scopul prevenirii răspândirii noului coronavirus.

Totodată, aceasta le-a recomandat şefilor instituţiilor din subordine să facă „un pas în spate” dacă nu reuşesc să ţină pasul cu cerinţele, menţionând că mesajul este valabil şi pentru alţi directori din ţară.
