Prețul locuințelor de tip ANL va scădea, iar tinerii își vor putea achiziționa la costuri mai mici un apartament sau o garsonieră. Guvernul a adoptat  o Ordonanță  de Urgență care vizează reducerea prețului locuințelor  construite prin Agenția Națională pentru Locuințe pentru tineri, a anunțat ministrul Dezvoltării, Lucrărilor Publice și Administrației, Cseke  Attila. Actul normativ previne o nouă majorare de preț și a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial. 

Adoptarea OUG a fost necesară pentru prevenirea majorării costurilor de construcţie, de pe o zi pe alta. Preţul locuinţelor destinate tinerilor, construite prin Agenţia Naţională pentru Locuinţe, a fost majorat semnificativ, aproape dublat în 2020, scrie Ziarul Financiar.

Măsura adoptată în Guvern rescrie prevederea care ţintea acoperirea costurilor de construcţie a unei noi locuinţe din preţul de vânzare a celor existente.

„Locuinţele ANL sunt destinate pentru tineri, scopul acestora este de a asigura o chirie şi mai apoi o locuinţă proprie la un preţ accesibil. Decizia Guvernului de astăzi este un ajutor pentru tineri în acest sens”, a declarat ministrul Cseke Attila.

Conform Ordonanţei adoptate joi (24 iunie 2021), preţul de vânzare a locuinţelor porneşte de la costul de construcţie al imobilului în cauză, nu de la costul de înlocuire, şi se scade, pe lângă amortizare, şi chiria plătită până la momentul achiziţiei.

Noile reglementări prevăd şi o pondere conformă gradului de indice al localităţilor, astfel că locuinţele din oraşele mai mici vor fi mai ieftine decât cele din municipiile reşedinţă de judeţ sau din Capitală, a arătat ministrul Cseke Attila.

Conform reglementări preţul de vânzare al locuinţelor porneşte nu de la costul construirii unui nou imobil, ci de la costul de construcţie al imobilului în cauză, redusă cu amortizarea, chiria plătită, cu o pondere conformă gradului de indice al localităţilor.

Cei care vor să cumpere o astfle de locuință mai au de așteptat, pentru că, în termen de 60 de zile, trebuie emise și normele metodologice de aplicare a OUG nr. 55/2021.
