Statul român, la mâna infractorilor pentru recuperarea falezei de la 2 Mai și Vama Veche – Rolul DNA

Cum se fură din faleza mării cu acordul DNA. Este vorba de faleza din dreptul localitățile 2 Mai și Vama Veche din județul Constanța, ce măsoară 43.000 metri pătrăți, fiind domeniu public al statului român. 

Statul român se milogește de niște infractori să-l lase să-și intabuleze faleza mării, iar DNA ține de șase, scrie Alexandru Căutiș, potrivit plusinfo.org.

Am relatat în alte articole cum ani la rând primarii de la Limanu și acoliții lor au prăduit FALEZA MĂRII din dreptul localităților 2 Mai și Vama Veche, care măsoară 43.000 metri pătrăți și care este domeniu public al statului român. Este una dintre cele mai evidente hoții produse în România, pentru că pentru producerea ei au fost încălcate Constituția României, Hotărâri de Guvern, hărți și acte oficiale ale statului român, patru hotărâri de instanță definitive și irevocabile. Este de asemenea și una dintre cele mai grave hoții, întrucât prin aceasta un teren domeniu public, și nu orice teren, FALEZA MĂRII din dreptul localităților 2 Mai și Vama Veche, de care au dreptul să se bucure cetățenii din toată România, a ajuns să fie folosit de primar și acoliții săi, în mod ilegal, pentru avantaje bănești. În ciuda acestor fapte deosebit de grave, DNA Constanța a permis grupului infracțional să continue abuzul asupra bunului de stat. Deși statul român a demarat și reușit intabularea unei părți din respectiva FALEZĂ A MĂRII, a rămas o porțiune încă neintabulată, pentru un motiv incredibil. Apele Române, prin filiala din Constanța – ABADL a cerut rol fiscal pentru intabulare… de la Primărie. Fără acel rol fiscal cică statul român nu poate intabula terenul domeniu public.

În Legea 227/2015, la ART 464, se spune clar: „ SCUTIRI – Nu se datorează impozit/taxă pe teren pentru: a). terenurile aflate în proprietatea publică a statului ori a unităților administrativ-teritoriale, cu excepția suprafețelor folosite pentru activități economice sau agrement.” Deci statul român are de plătit 0 (zero) lei ca impozit, tot la stat, pentru acel teren. Cu alte cuvinte deschiderea unui rol fiscal (fără sens) ar trebui făcută pe loc. Din informațiile noastre Primăria Limanu amână deschiderea acestui rol fiscal, care oricum nu are niciun scop, DOAR pentru a bloca abuziv intabularea acestui teren în numele statului român, teren pe care primari și consilieri locali au făcut afaceri ilegale. Mai concret, STATUL ROMÂN se milogește la oamenii din primărie care i-au furat terenul să îi permită să-l intabuleze, cum este normal, în numele statului român. ”Hai, vă rugăm frumos, dați-ne un rol fiscal pentru 0 lei către stat, pe terenul de pe care ați făcut milioane de euro pentru buzunarele voastre.”
