Realitatea PLUS și postul B1 TV s-au lansat într-un proiect media, imobiliar și energetic curajos, primul parteneriat din România de acest fel. Anunțul care dinamitează piața media din România a fost făcut la Realitatea PLUS, în emisiunea Legile Puterii. Prin această asociere, ambele grupuri de firme își consolidează pozițiile și strategiile pe piața de business.

Este o premieră pentru România, iar proiectul curajos se anunță unul de succes.

În luna martie 2002, Marty Pompadur, președintele pentru Europa al grupului american News Corporation, controlat de miliardarul Rupert Murdoch, și Grupul Păunescu au parafat o înțelegere prin care partea americană a devenit investitor în televiziunea B1, din România.
