Producătorii români – la un pas de a nu mai plăti supermarketurilor taxe ascunse! Ministrul agriculturii, Adrian Oros, a declarat, miercuri, într-o conferință online, că există un proiect depus la Parlament în acest sens.
În acest moment, producatorii români care doresc să-și vândă marfa în supermarket au de achitat aproape 10 taxe ascunse.
„A fost o lege, imperfectă, desigur, Legea 150, Legea produselor româneşti, care venea cu eliminarea taxei de raft, cu termene de plată foarte scurte, cu etichetarea produselor româneşti, dar şi cu acea chestie puţin exagerată ca 51% din produse să fie româneşti. Sigur că acest lucru nu se putea întâmpla. Mai grav este că, anul acesta, legea a fost modificată cu Legea 28 şi, în afară de prevederile care au declanşat procedura de infringement, au fost scoase şi două prevederi care nu aveau nimic cu infringementul: termenul de plată scurt – pentru produse proaspete, 7 zile, şi pentru celelalte, 30 de zile – şi acele taxe ascunse care, la unele supermarketuri, se ridică până la 24%.
Am introdus un proiect de lege prin care să implementăm Directiva practicilor comerciale neloiale, prin care vrem să punem pe picior de egalitate, de fapt asta vrea directiva, producătorul şi procesatorul mic cu comerciantul dominant. În România, producătorul şi procesatorul mic de regulă este român, iar comerciantul mare, de regulă, nu este român. Prin această directivă vom reuşi să eliminăm acele taxe ascunse care îi deranjează foarte mult pe producătorii români, care fac eforturi mari să ajungă pe rafturile retailerilor. În plus, vom reuşi să reducem termenele de plată la nişte termene foarte rezonabile.” a spus ministrul Oroș.
