Primul tren de test a ajuns în Aeroportul Otopeni

Duminică dimineață, la ora 10,30 a ajuns primul tren de test la Aeroportul Otopeni și a făcut mai multe curse, pentru a ”încerca” noua legătură feroviară, scrie publicația Club Feroviar.

Automotorul nu aparține operatorului feroviar de stat CFR Călători, ci firmei private Transferoviar Călători din Cluj Napoca. ”Au răspuns mai prompt la solicitarea noastră decât cei de la CFR Călători”, spune inginerul Liviu Trenchea, șeful șantierului de la Otopeni al Arcada Company, firma gălățeană care construiește noua legătură feroviară.

Stadiul fizic de execuție al lucrărilor este de 97% la linia de tren dintre Gara de Nord și Aeroportul Otopeni, anunța recent CFR Infrastructură, care nu a dat un termen exact despre când vor circula trenurile. Sunt aproape 20 de km de la gară la aeroport, iar cele mai rapide trenuri ar trebui să facă 21 de minute.

Noua cale ferată spre Aeroport pornește din zona de racordare (fosta Haltă Odăile) pe aproximativ 600 m, traseul continuă cu o zonă de consolidare, în lungime de 900 metri și un viaduct de 1,52 km, care supratraversează DN1, până la noua stație de călători, de la Terminalul Sosiri Aeroportul Internațional Henri Coandă. Pe întregul traseu a fost montată linia de cale ferată, constructorul executând în prezent ultimele lucrări de buraj și profilare mecanică.

În mod normal noua legătură feroviară ar trebui să fie prezentă în noul mers al trenurilor care intră în vigoare la jumătatea lui decembrie. Succesul căii ferate va depinde enorm de frecvența trenurilor și ar trebui să fie măcar trei pe oră.

Legătura feroviară are aproximativ 19,4 km din care 16,9 km (București-Odăile) reprezintă linie existentă și 2,5 km au fost construiți acum, ca parte a proiectului.
