Ministrul Muncii, BILANȚ la șase luni de criză coronavirus

Ministrul Muncii a făcut vineri bilanțul măsurilor luate și al banilor cheltuiți  în cele șase luni de la începutul crizei de coronavirus. Violeta Alexandru a anunțat și cine va mai putea beneficia de șomaj tehnic până la sfârșitul anului, dar și sprijinirea în continuare, financiar, a celor care au revenit la lucru, a părinților.

Ministrul a prezentat, vineri, bilanțul măsurilor economice luate în ultimele șase luni pentru sprijinirea salariaților, angajatorilor afectați de epidemia de coronavirus. 

Ministrul Muncii a anunțat, vineri, că, până „la sfârșitul lunii august, pentru somajul tehnic s-au plătit peste 4,8 miliarde de lei pentru 1,3 milioane de beneficiari, adică salariații cu contractele de muncă suspendate și profesioniști”. Cele mai multe plăți au fost făcute în București, Cluj și Timiș, a detaliat Alexandru.

Cine va mai primi șomaj tehnic până la sfârțitul anului 2020

„Din luna martie s-au făcut plăți pentru șomajul tehnic în timpul epidemiei de coronavirus. (…) După încetarea stării de urgență, în 15 mai, măsura acordării șomajului tehnic se menține în prezent doar în câteva domenii, a precizat ministrul Violeta Alexandru a mai precizat și cine va mai primi ajutor de șomaj tehnic în următoarea perioadă.

„Măsura se menține în prezent doar în câteva domenii. Ca urmare a deciziei luate ieri (joi, 27 august – n.red.) rămân închise barurile discotecile cluburile în spații închise. Doar salariaților acestor unități economice urmând să li se aplice măsura șomajului tehnic”

Situația plăților făcute pentru românii care au revenit la lucru din șomajul tehnic. Condiții pentru angajatori

Ministrul Muncii, Violeta Alexandru, a mai explicat condițiile în care se fac plățile a 41,5 la sută din salariul brut pentru angajații care au revenit în activitate după șomajul tehnic. Plățile au început de luni, 24 august. 

„Am gestionat măsura imediat următoare celei privind șomajului tehnic , adică am acordat 41,5% din câștigul salarial al unei persoane care anterior se aflase în șomaj tehnic și care revenea în activitate, sprijinind în mod direct atât angajații cât și angajatorii, agenții economici care s-au confruntat și se confruntă cu o serie de greutăți” din cauza crizei coronavirus, a declarat Violeta Alexandru.

„După aprobarea rectificării bugetare, suntem la peste 90% din plățile efectuate raportat la luna iunie pentru măsura constând în 41,5% cost salarial pentru fiecare salariaat aflat anterior in somaj tehnic și a revenit in activitate. Cu plăți de peste 608 milioane de lei pentru aproape 500.000 de angajati.

Precizez că prin comparatie cu masura somajului tehnic, are anumite particularitati și subliniez anumite lucruri pentru angajatori: se pot depune documentele cererea declaratia pana in 25 ale lunii cand trebuie sa -si plateasca contributiile, Măsura se aplică e bază de rambursare, trebuie să facă plata înainte, inclusiv a contributiilor și să faca această dovadă către agentiile judetene pentru ocuparea fortei de munca. Nu trebuie sa astepte pana pe 25 , se pot incarca toate documentele. Dovada platii acestor contributii se poate incarca ultima. Sunt foarte multe cereri incomplete depuse de angajatori”, a precizat Violeta Alexandru, adăugând că agentiile judetene vor ajuta angajatorii sa depuna corect documentele pentru a beneficia de ajutorul Guvernului.

„Aceste măsuri continuă. Pentru plata a 41,5% evident se vor face plăți in continuare pentru luna iulie, adica vom face in cursul lunii august si inceputul lunii septembrie plati pentru iulie”, a mai precizat ministrul Muncii în declarațiile de presă susținute vineri.

Măsuri pentru tineri și românii care au revenit în țară din Diaspora 

Ministrul Muncii a vorbit și despre sprijinul tinerilor și celor trecuți de 50 de ani, precum și celor reveniți în țară din străinătate care vor să lucreze în continuare în țară: „Am gestionat o măsură atat tinerilor de 16-29 de ani si celor de peste 50 de ani si românilor din Diaspora reveniți în țară având contracte încheiate în străinătate”, „acoperind jumătate din costul salarial pentru fiecare, până la 2.500 RON”.

Despre plata zilelor libere pentru părinții care au stat cu copiii după suspendarea activității în unitățile școlare, Violeta Alexandru a anunțat că au fost cheltuiți „peste 78 milioane de lei, pentru această măsură apelând peste 60 de mii de salariați”.
