Purtătorul de cuvânt al PNL, Ionel Dancă, afirmă, într-o postare făcută duminică pe pagina sa de socializare, că „trebuie să înţelegem cu toţii un lucru foarte simplu, indiferent de opţiunea noastră politică, oricâte eforturi ar face Guvernul, dacă împreună nu oprim răspândirea virusului Covid-19, va fi tot mai greu să revenim la normalitate şi să relansăm economia”.

„Încep această postare prin a spune foarte clar că relansarea economică este prioritatea noastră și că în niciun caz nu vrem alte restricții care pot afecta economia.
Din păcate, suntem într-o nouă zi cu peste 1000 de infectari. Vidul de legislație pentru combaterea răspândirii infecțiilor cu noul Coronavirus, provocat de atacuri politico-juridice iresponsabile în plină pandemie, combinat cu o propagandă obscură de decredibilizare a pericolului Covid, ne-au adus din nou într-o situație limită.
Momentul nu este ușor din punct de vedere sanitar și tot planul nostru de a relansa economia depinde acum de un efort comun, colectiv, național, de a respecta regulile pentru limitarea răspândirii epidemiei cu noul Coronavirus.
De la începutul pandemiei, noi, Guvernul Orban, am avut un plan, planul de a salva sănătatea și viața oamenilor și în același timp am adoptat rapid toate măsurile necesare de sprijin pentru a salva locurile de muncă și companiile de la faliment. În continuare, în fiecare ședință de Guvern, într-un ritm fără precedent, am adoptat noi programe guvernamentale pentru relansarea economică.
Programul IMM Invest a ajuns aproape la epuizarea plafonului de 15 miliarde lei pentru credite pentru investiții și capital de lucru, am plătit indemnizația de șomaj tehnic de 75% din salariul mediu brut în valoare de 4,6 miliarde lei pentru 1,4 milioane de români, decontăm în continuare 41,5% din salariu mediu brut pentru angajații care se întorc la muncă, am amânat ratele bancare pentru 300.000 de beneficiari pentru o perioadă de 9 luni, alături de multe alte măsuri de sprijin care sunt în vigoare și produc efecte pentru companiile și angajații afectați de criză.
Noi programe economice din Planul Național de Investiții și Relansare Economică au fost adoptate în ultimele ședințe de Guvern: schema de garantare pentru companiile mari cu un plafon de 8 miliarde Lei, programul de garanții IMM Leasing pentru achiziția de echipamente și utilaje în valoare de 1,5 miliarde Lei, programul de asigurare a lichidității în economie IMM Factor prin garantarea plăților comerciale între companii, majorarea plafonului de garantare la Noua Casă pentru achiziția de locuințe noi de până la 140.000 Euro, supracontractarea proiectelor de investiții pentru microîntreprinderi și IMM-uri din Programul Operațional Regional cu peste 1 miliard de Euro, lansarea programelor de start-up pentru studenți în valoare de 150 milioane Euro și a celor de antreprenoriat rural pentru procesarea produselor agricole în valoare de 200 milioane Euro.
În același timp, alte programe importante din Planul Național de Investiții și Relansare Economică sunt finalizate și în curs de avizare și aprobare: programul de granturi pentru repornire de 1 miliard de Euro pentru companiile afectate de criză, apelul de proiecte pentru digitalizarea companiilor în valoare de 150 milioane Euro, sprijinirea programului flexibil de muncă, decontarea a 41,5% din salariu pentru sezonieri și a 35% din plata zilierilor.
Dar toate aceste măsuri de sprijin și programe guvernamentale de investiții în economie depind de limitarea răspândirii epidemiei Covid-19. Acesta este adevărul iar noi nu vrem în niciun caz să ne întoarcem la măsuri de restricții care să afecteze economia. De aceea, este esențial să nu irosim efortul tuturor de până acum și să facem un nou efort comun pentru a limita răspândirea infecțiilor cu Coronavirus.
