Astăzi în țară, din teama de a nu plăti prețuri mai mari la factura de curent, oamenii au stat la cozi încă de la primele ore ale dimineții, pentru a completa și depune declarațiile de consum pentru plafonare.
Declarațiile pe propria răspundere pot fi transmise furnizorilor de energie electrică atât în format fizic, prin depunerea la sediile acestora, cât și în format electronic.
Tot astăzi Ministrul Energiei, Virgil Popescu, a anunțat pe Facebook faptul că Guvernul va modifica legea care stabilește prețul la energie, astfel încât să fie eliminată obligativitatea de a depune o declarație pentru persoanele care au mai multe locuri de consum.
Anterior PSD a transmis într-un comunicat de presă faptul că va solicita, în coaliție eliminarea declarației.
Astfel, prețul va fi plafonat pentru toate locurile de consum, inclusiv pentru cei care stau în chirie, dacă se încadrează în plafoanele stabilite de cel mult 255 de kWh.
Dar declarațiile vor trebui depuse în continuare de familiile cu cel puțin trei copii, familiile monoparentale și persoanele cu dizabilități care au nevoie de aparatură medicală pentru a beneficia de un preț de 0,68 lei/kWh, indiferent de consumul înregistrat.
„Referitor la prevederea din legea aprobată de Parlament prin care românii cu mai multe locuri de consum au obligația să dea o declarație pe proprie răspundere, anunț că situația este în curs de rezolvare. Încă de la sfârșitul săptămânii trecute, premierul Nicolae Ciucă a trasat sarcina creării unui proiect de ordonanță care să ELIMINE aceste declarații, pentru ca toți cetățenii să beneficieze de tarifele plafonate indiferent de numărul locurilor de consum. Proiectul va fi finalizat și pus în transparență decizională în seara aceasta, urmând să fie aprobat săptămâna viitoare, în cadrul ultimei ședințe de guvern de anul acesta.”- Virgil Popescu
În prezent, patru categorii de consumatori trebuie să depună declarația pe propria răspundere pentru a beneficia de prețul plafonat la energie electrică și gaze naturale, de la 1 ianuarie 2023: clienţii finali casnici care utilizează dispozitive, aparate sau echipamente medicale necesare efectuării tratamentelor; clienții care au în întreținere cel puțin 3 copii cu vârsta de până în 18 ani, respectiv 26 de ani în cazul în care urmează o formă de învățământ; familiile monoparentale, care au în întreținere cel puțin un copil cu vârsta de până la 18 ani, respectiv 26 de ani în cazul în care urmează o formă de învățământ; clienţii finali casnici cu mai multe locuri de consum.
