Omul de afaceri Andrei Dracea, născut și școlit la Moscova, și-a consolidat afacerile din banii publici ai sistemului sanitar cu sprijinul a doi generali de top din cele mai importante servicii secrete românești. Este vorba despre Florian Coldea și Silviu Predoiu, foștii șefi operativi ai Serviciului Român de Informații și Serviciului de Informații Externe, arată sursele Realitatea Plus. Cei doi ar fi fost puntea de lansare spre producătorii de echipamente medicale care au asigurat exclusivitatea lui Dracea pe piața românească, potrivit realitatea.net

Generalii Silviu Predoiu și Florian Coldea ar fi fost cei care au mijlocit ca firmele lui Dracea să aibă exclusivitate pentru vânzarea unor echipamente medicale produse de firme de top. Așa se face că, ori de câte ori o piesă a unui aparat medical trebuia înlocuită, doar firmele lui Dracea puteau să asigure alta nouă.

Când un spital are nevoie de un echipament medical, trebuie să se asigure că ceea ce cumpără este compatibil cu celelalte aparate existente în secție. Iar singurele care pot fi ofertate sunt, în multe cazuri, distribuite de firmele lui Andrei Mihai Dracea. Astfel, prețul pe care îl pot solicita firmele lui Dracea poate să fie oricare pentru că nu există concurență, iar spitalele sunt nevoite să cumpere.

Dracea apare și în cartea deputatului fugar Cristian Rizea care scrie despre presupuse legături cu serviciile secrete străine. De altfel, Dracea este un personaj misterios chiar și pentru jucătorii mari din piața de farmaceutice și echipamente medicale.

La fel de misterioasă este și adresa sediului firmei, care se află, cel puțin teoretic, în sectorul 1 din Capitală.

Potrivit datelor de la Registrul Comerțului, sediul social al firmei apare pe Strada Nisipari, nr. 27. Am căutat adresa, însă pe această stradă sunt doar numere de la 1 la 22. Am găsit, în schimb, nr. 27 pe Intrarea Nisipari, însă aici nu apare vreo plăcuță cu numele societății si nici pe site-ul acesteia nu este specificat clar dacă este vorba despre strada sau intrarea Nisipari.

De altfel, firma care rulează milioane de euro din echipamente medicale n-are nici măcar un site adevărat. Pagina de web a societății comerciale pare să fie făcută de un copil de gimnaziu.

Realitatea Plus a solicitat puncte de vedere de la toate părțile implicate, însă nu au oferit un răspuns până în prezent.
