„La finalul analizei, care va presupune și negocierea și prezentarea cu reprezentanții fiecărei categorii ocupaționale vom face tabloul exact al modului în care privim salarizarea în sistemul public. (…) Dacă noi stabilim niște principii foarte clare prin care oamenii să fie recompensați în sistemul public astfel încât să ai eficiență în instituția publică și motivarea angajaților nici nu mai contează cum se cheamă sporurile, pentru că pe fond noi ar trebui nu să inventăm apa caldă, ci să procedăm cum fac și alții și anume să avem un plafon sporurilor, dincolo de care salariile în sistemul public, să nu mai poată să crească. După aceea, aceste sporuri  pe care le identificăm în sistemul public, unele să fie plafonate într-o sumă fixă, altele să fie eliminate, altele poate chiar să fie mai încurajatoare, mai motivante,” a declarat ministrul Muncii, Raluca Turcan la „Legile Puterii”.

Oficialul a precizat că nu mai e mult de lucru la un nou act normativ care va reglementa salarizarea în sistemul bugetar.

„După ce o finalizăm, ne trebuie un consens politic, evident, în coaliția de guvernare și ulterior să începem negocierile cu fiecare categorie socio-profesională, după aceea să trimitem proiectul de lege la Parlament. Acolo, evident, vor avea loc dezbateri (…) și într-un final se iasă această lege. Eu cred că într-un an de zile am putea avea o nouă lege a salarizării unitare, care să fie într-adevăr unitară” a concluzionat Raluca Turcan.
