Retrocedarea proprietăților naționalizate de stat a alimentat o piață imobiliară subterană pe seama căreia multi afaceriști obscuri au devenit mari latifundiari ai orașelor. Este si cazul sectorului 6! Cum a fost privatizat sectorul pe bucati? Reteta clasica! Drepturi litigioase cumparate pe nimic si puneri in posesie pe banda de catre edilul Poteras cu ajutorul Prefecturii. Peste 16 hectare cumparate cu mai putin de 1 milion de euro. 

Cand n-au mai avut ce retroceda, au facut o firma de ridicat masini care a bagat mana ilegal in buzunarele bucurestenilor mult si bine. 

Povestea unui om de afaceri care a cunoscut succesul in afaceri imobiliare la doar 33 de ani insa nu a reusit si in politica. Dar l-au ajutat politicienii din plin!
