Bucureştenii pot să folosească în curând metroul din Drumul Taberei

Membrii Comisiei Centrale de Recepţie la terminarea lucrărilor de la magistrala M5 şi cei ai Comisiei de Punere în Funcţiune (PIF) au semnat procesele-verbale în urma cărora această magistrală de metrou poate fi dată în exploatare şi, totodată, în trafic cu călători, a anunţat, vineri seara, Ministerul Transporturilor, Infrastructurii şi Comunicaţiilor, relatează Agerpres.

„Astăzi s-au semnat cele două procese-verbale de către comisiile de specialitate – şi anume, cel de recepţie la terminarea lucrărilor şi cel de punere în funcţiune (PIF) a acestui obiectiv. După îndeplinirea tuturor procedurilor administrative, care au mai rămas de efectuat de către beneficiar, urmează să stabilim momentul la care metroul poate fi dat în exploatare cu călători. Suntem acum în situaţia în care pot să afirm cu certitudine că în curând bucureştenii pot să folosească cel mai aşteptat mijloc de transport din această zonă, şi anume, metroul din drumul Taberei. A fost o muncă titanică, începută din prima zi a mandatului meu de ministru, pentru a putea să le ofer bucureştenilor, din zona Drumul Taberei şi nu numai, ceea ce aşteptau de atâţia ani. Mulţumesc tuturor acelora care au făcut posibil să ajungem astăzi la acest deznodământ extrem de fericit pentru bucureşteni”, a declarat ministrul de resort, Lucian Bode.

Ministrul Transporturilor, Lucian Bode, a afirmat pe 22 iunie că termenul asumat neforţat de către antreprenori, consultanţi şi beneficiari pentru darea în folosinţă cu călători a metroului din Drumul Taberei – şi anume 30 iunie 2020 – nu poate fi respectat, specialiştii fiind cei care vor decide momentul în care magistrala M5 va fi dată în exploatare.

Totodată, ministrul a ţinut să sublinieze că a cunoscut o categorie de angajaţi ai ministerului pe care îl conduce, inclusiv ai Metrorex, pe care a denumit-o generic „promitaci”, dar care ulterior se transformă în „explitaci”, termeni care nu se regăsesc DEX.

„În momentul preluării mandatului de ministru, am afirmat foarte clar că pentru mine şi pentru Guvernul Ludovic Orban proiectul Magistralei M5 reprezintă unul dintre principalele obiective de investiţii din Bucureşti. În acest sens, am alocat timp şi resurse pentru ca Magistrala M5 să fie finalizată. Săptămânal, am avut şedinţe de progres (…). Sunt dator să dau câteva explicaţii. La începutul mandatului am cunoscut o categorie de angajaţi ai Ministerului Transporturilor, Infrastructurii şi Comunicaţiilor, inclusiv din Metrorex, pe care am denumit-o generic ‘promitaci’. Termenul nu îl găsiţi în DEX. Promit orice, rezolvă orice, îşi asumă orice. Când văd că se apropie termenele şi văd că tot ceea ce au promis nu se concretizează, aceştia se transformă în ‘explitaci’. Nici acest termen nu o să-l găsiţi în DEX. Explică de ce nu s-a putut, cum au făcut tot ce a depins de ei şi aşa mai departe. Eu cred că este momentul ca aceste categorii să nu mai ocupe funcţii de decizie în Ministerul Transporturilor. După ce în 2019, în noiembrie, şi până în mai 2020 am primit zeci de documente asumate prin semnătura antreprenorilor, a beneficiarului şi a consultantului, prin care reconfirmau data de 30 iunie 2020 ca dată la care metroul va circula pe M5, la sfârşitul lunii mai am fost informat cu privire la problemele apărute la centrala de ventilaţie şi staţia de pompare a apei din infiltraţii, undeva la suprafaţă în zona pieţei Moghioroş. Aceste probleme vor întârzia finalizarea probelor tehnologice pentru instalaţii subsisteme, sisteme agabaritice, circulaţia cu trenul cu şi fără tensiune, sistemul de automatizare a traficului şi informarea călătorilor, înmagazinarea tonajului în calea de rulare”, a afirmat Bode, aflat într-o vizită tehnică la metroul Drumul Taberei, împreună cu premierul Ludovic Orban.

După călătoria cu o garnitură Bombardier între staţiile Râul Doamnei – Eroilor 2, şeful de la Transporturi a apreciat ca fiind spectaculoase lucrările la magistrala M5, atât din punct de vedere arhitectural, cât şi din punct de vedere tehnologic.

Secţiunea Râul Doamnei – Eroilor, inclusiv staţia şi Depoul Valea Ialomiţei, este finanţată integral din fonduri externe nerambursabile în cadrul POS-T 2007 – 2013, POIM 2014 – 2020 (85%) şi de la bugetul de stat (15%). Valoarea proiectului aprobat prin HG nr. 374/2019 este de aproape 3,224 miliarde de lei.
