Au fost stabilite noile condiții pentru redeschiderea restaurantelor, cinematografelor și sălilor de spectacol. Activitatea lor va fi reluata de la 1 septembrie în condiții speciale.

Comitetul Național pentru Situații de Urgență a adoptat joi Hotărârea numărul 43 care prevede redeschiderea începând cu data de 1 septembrie 2020 a restaurantelor și cafenelelor în interiorul clădirilor, inclusiv în cazul unităților de cazare, limitarea la nivel național a programului de funcționare a teraselor între orele 06.00-24.00 și creșterea numărului de persoane care pot participa la evenimente private la 50 în spațiu închis, respectiv 100 în spațiu deschis. Cluburile si discotecile din interior vor rămâne închise însă.

Hotărârea 43:
 
  • redeschiderea începând cu data de 1 septembrie 2020 a restaurantelor și cafenelelor în interiorul clădirilor, inclusiv în cazul unităților de cazare, în județele unde incidența cumulată a cazurilor în ultimele 14 zile este mai mică sau egală de 1,5/1.000 de locuitori;
  • Programului de funcționare a teraselor este limitat la nivel național între orele 06.00-24.00;
  • organizarea evenimentelor private, a cursurilor de instruire/ workshopuri pentru adulți, inclusiv cele pentru implementarea proiectelor finanțate din fonduri europene, cu un număr de participanți de maximum 50 de persoane în interior și de maximum 100 de persoane în exterior, cu respectarea normelor de sănătate publică stabilite în ordinul ministrului sănătății;
  • actualizarea listei țărilor și zonelor cu risc epidemiologic ridicat;
  • desfășurarea activității cu publicul a operatorilor economici licențiați în domeniul jocurilor de noroc, în județele unde incidența cumulată a cazurilor în ultimele 14 zile este mai mică sau egală de 1,5/1.000 de locuitori;
  • Se menține măsura privind suspendarea activității cluburilor, discotecilor și a barurilor în interiorul clădirilor;
  • organizarea și desfășurarea activității cinematografelor, instituțiilor de spectacole și/sau concerte este permisă, fără a depăși 50% din capacitatea maximă a spațiului, dacă incidența cumulată în ultimele 14 zile a cazurilor din județe/municipiul București este mai mică sau egală cu 1,5/1.000 de locuitori;
  • Spectacole de tip drive-in. Organizarea și desfășurarea spectacolelor de tipul drive-in sunt permise numai dacă ocupanții unui autovehicul sunt membrii aceleiași familii sau reprezintă grupuri de până la 3 persoane;
  • organizarea și desfășurarea în aer liber a spectacolelor, concertelor, festivalurilor publice și private sau a altor evenimente culturale sunt permise numai cu participarea a cel mult 500 de spectatori cu locuri pe scaune, aflate la distanță de minimum 2 metri unul față de celălalt, precum și cu purtarea măștii de protecție;
  • Programul tonetelor cu mâncare. Programul de lucru cu publicul al operatorilor economici care desfășoară activități în spații special destinate, dispuse în exteriorul clădirilor unde se desfășoară activități de preparare, comercializare şi consum al produselor alimentare şi/sau băuturilor alcoolice şi nealcoolice, cum sunt terasele, cluburile, barurile și alte asemenea, nu poate începe înainte de orele 06.00 și nu se poate prelungi după orele 24.00.
