Adevăratul combinator din PSD: Horia Mihălcescu, șopârla de pe umerii lui Liviu Dragnea și Elena Udrea

Fostul consilier al lui Liviu Dragnea, Horia Mihălcescu, a captat atenția publică în momentul în care a fost audiat în privința vizitei fostului președinte PSD în SUA, la ceremonia de investire a președintelui Donald Trump. Calitatea lui în acest dosar: turnător. 

În ianuarie 2017, Liviu Dragnea mergea în Statele Unite ale Americii pentru a da mâna cu noul președinte Donald Trump. Imaginile cu fostul lider PSD, avându-l alături pe Grindeanu, au fost amplu comentate, însă întrebările mari s-au pus abia după ce Elliott Broidy, vicepreşedinte al Comitetului de învestire a preşedintelui Statelor Unite care l-a invitat pe Liviu Dragnea, a fost pus sub acuzare că şi-a folosit influenţa pentru consolidarea relaţiilor de afaceri cu lideri străini.

În acest dosar a fost audiat și George Maior, fost șef al SRI și actual ambasador al României în SUA, ca martor.

Unul dintre pionii principali ai delațiunii pe linie româno-americană a fost chiar consilierul lui Liviu Dragnea, Horia Mihălcescu. Acesta „a ciripit” informațiile necesare pentru ca procurorii anticorupție să adune file la dosar, urmând o metodă care l-a consacrat. 
Mihălcescu nu a fost doar sfetnicul lui Dragnea, ci și omul de casă al lui Sorin Ovidiu Vântu și al Elenei Udrea. În 2012 a candidat în Ilfov, pentru USL, din partea PSD, pentru un loc de deputat.

Sute de mii de euro pentru presă, ca să-l transforme în formator de opinie

Mihălcescu nu este la primul denunț împotriva colaboratorilor săi, conform surselor apropiate acestuia și este cunoscut pentru metoda „scosului cartofului fierbinte cu mâinile altuia”. Mai exact, acesta și-a creat situații favorabile, sfătuindu-i pe cei care l-au luat drept consultat să acționeze după bunul plac. 
Astfel, Mihălcescu, care a deținut funcția de consultant în comunicare al lui Liviu Dragnea, a ajuns să poarte porecla de „samsarul jurnaliștilor”, antamând cu bani grei mai multe nume sonore din piața media, conform dezvăluirilor Newsweek. Kirchhoff Consult SRL, firma lui Mihălcescu, a încasat, din 2016 până în 2019, sute de mii de euro din contractele cu PSD, iar Mihălcescu spunea, anul trecut, că este vorba despre „bani pentru marketing”. Prin intermediul acestor firme transfera sute de mii de euro către jurnaliști. potrivit Newsweek. Cu ajutorul acestor plăți, din banii PSD, a reușit să-și facă și el apariția în platourile TV, devenind analist politic și formator de opinie. Trecutul alături de Liviu Dragnea și de alți politicieni pe care i-a consiliat, precum Elena Udrea, a fost îngropat strategic sub preș, rareori fiind menționate aceste colaborări în spațiul public.

Nu doar lui Dragnea i-a șoptit 

Cameleonul politic Hori Mihălcescu a cucerit-o cu opiniile sale și pe Elena Udrea, înainte să ajungă la Dragnea. 
„Elena Udrea, o prietena mai veche de-a mea”, spunea consilierul care i-a pregătit interviurile Elenei Udrea, în 2005, după gafa „președintele Norvegiei” (n. nu a știut că Norvegia nu are peședinte) și destrămarea alianței DA. Interviurile gestionate de Mihălcescu au fost pentru Jurnalul National si Antena 3.

„Eu o cunosc pe doamna Udrea, m-am întalnit cu dumneai de trei ori in ultima saptamana. De fapt, am facut o barfa, ca intre fete. Eu ma intalnesc cu o gramada de oameni cu care barfesc, mai vorbesc una, alta. (…) E o prietena mai veche de-a mea, o cunosc de ani buni. Eu am incercat sa-i sugerez doamnei Udrea, cand a venit la Cotroceni, sa fie consiliata, dar dumneaei a spus ca se mai gandeste”, relata Mihalcescu. El nu a confirmat implicarea sa in mesajele lansate de Udrea, spunand ca s-a ocupat doar de partea vestimentara. „Elena Udrea mi-a cerut parerea cum sa se imbrace, doar atat!”, declara Mihalcescu.
De „vestimentația” Gabrielei Firea s-a ocupat tot Mihălcescu, care îi era și fostului edil al Capitalei un sfetnic permanent. Consilierul șoptea în urechea Gabrielei Firea tot ce făcea și zicea Liviu Dragnea, unele informații fiind veritabile șopârle menite să creeze conflicte între cei doi.

În cazul fostului ministru al Turismului, Mihălcescu a folosit ca interfață firma Red Apple Communication International SRL, în care era asociat cu fosta lui soție, Ioana Vârsta – pe atunci consilieră a ministrului tineretului și sportului Monicăi Iacob Ridzi. 
În 2015, Ioana Vârsta a fost condamnată la 5 ani de închisoare cu executare pentru complicitate la abuz în serviciu contra intereselor publice în dosarul de abuz în serviciu și corupție în legătură cu contractele acordate fără licitații la manifestările de Ziua Tineretului din 2009.
„Discuțiile cu firmele care au incasat banii au fost initiate si derulate de Ioana Varsta, unele avand loc chiar la sediul Red Apple Communication. In referatul trimis Parlamentului, prin care se solicita ridicarea imunitatii parlamentare a deputatului PDL Monica Iacob-Ridzi, procurorii DNA sustineau ca fostul ministru ar fi cunoscut pe deplin neregulile pe care le-ar fi facut consiliera sa, Ioana Varsta. Evenimentul Zilei a sustinut ca Ioana Varsta nu este doar asociata lui Mihalcescu in Red Apple Communication, ci si sotia sa, aspect infirmat ulterior de aceasta”, se arată într-o investigație jurnalistică publicată pe Ziare.com.
Căsnicia dintre Horia Mihălcescu și Ioana Vârsta s-a destrămat ulterior, dar consilierul s-a orientat rapid către colega lui, deputata PSD Carmen Moldovan, pe care a luat-o în căsătorie.

Carmen – acum Mihălcescu, a fost un om de mare încredere pentru liderul PSD de atunci, Liviu Dragnea, având în vedere că îl suplinea la șefia Camerei Deputaților atunci când acesta pleca în concediu, titrează presa. 
Despre Carmen Mihălcescu presa a mai scris și că a fost susținută puternic de Mircea Geoană, dar și de Kelemen Hunor și Valeriu Zgonea pentru a ajunge deputat în Parlamentul României.

Samsarii de presă, tot mai mulți și mai vizibili

„Băieții deștepți” din afacerile cu statul au realizat că presa reprezintă un atuu important, astfel că mulți s-au transformat în samsari de jurnaliști. Motivul? Pentru a da direcții favorabile lor, prin opinia publică.
