2 miliarde de euro vor intra în economie în următoarele șase luni

Ministrul Marcel Boloș a anunțat, marți, că, potrivit estimărilor autorităților, în următoarele șase luni ar trebui să intre în economia românească fonduri europene de până la două miliarde de euro, potrivit realitatea.net

Boloș a reamintit că măsurile luate în timpul pandemiei, precum șomajul tehnic și achiziționarea echipamentelor medicale pentru spitale, au fost finanțate deja prin fonduri europene de sute de milioane de euro.

”În următoarele şase luni, din estimările pe care le avem, ar trebui să intre în economia naţională până la două miliarde de euro. E un proces continuu de deschidere a apelurilor de proiecte, de depunere a declaraţiilor lunare de cheltuială. În fiecare lună avem şedinţă cu autorităţile de management care au ţinte de absorbţie şi pe care le urmăresc personal. Unde văd că există întârzieri sau nerespectarea acestor ţinte stabilite, luăm măsuri din timp (…) Banii vin eşalonat în funcţie de cum lansăm noi apelurile de proiecte. Vă dau câteva exemple în care am utilizat deja banii europeni: pentru şomajul tehnic, spre exemplu, am realizat inclusiv decontarea acestor bani în legătură cu Comisia Europeană. Declaraţiile de cheltuieli au plecat la Comisie şi discutăm de 300 de milioane de euro. De asemenea, pe data de 15 mai am lansat apelul pentru echipamentele medicale necesare unităţilor sanitare. Acolo, bugetul a fost iniţial de 350 de milioane de euro, iar astăzi avem 166 de cereri de finanţare depuse, cu o valoare de 900 de milioane de euro, o solicitare record de fonduri pentru echipamentele medicale ale unităţilor sanitare. Am început contractarea şi în momentul de faţă avem contracte încheiate în valoare de aproximativ 100 de milioane de euro şi am pregătit proiectul de Ordonanţă de Urgenţă pentru ca să putem suplimenta fondurile necesare pentru echipamentele medicale”, a declarat ministrul.

Boloș a mai anunțat că săptămâna aceasta ar putea fi semnat și contractul de finanțare destinat IMM-urilor, în valoare de un miliard de euro.

”Aceşti bani cumva încep să intre în economia naţională. Avem apoi miliardul de euro pentru IMM-uri. Cererea de finanţare din partea Ministerului Economiei care are calitatea de administrator de grant a fost depusă în cursul zilei de vineri, săptămâna trecută (18 septembrie 2020, n.r.). Deja suntem în etapele de evaluare a cererii de finanţare şi sper ca vineri, pe 25 septembrie, să putem încheia contractul de finanţare pentru miliardul de euro, astfel încât Ministerul Economiei să poată să intre în calitate oficială de administrator de grant. Stimulentul medical este, de asemenea, apelul deschis până în data de 15 octombrie. Acolo, avem 120 de milioane de euro pe care îi vom recupera de la Comisie.
