„Cu ocazia ceremoniei de deschidere a celei de-a XIII-a sesiuni a Adunării Agenției Internaționale pentru Energie Regenerabilă (IRENA), care a avut loc în această dimineață, am solicitat ca țara noastră să fie admisă ca membru în Global Offshore Wind Alliance (GOWA), inițiată la COP27, care s-a desfășurat în 2022 în Egipt. Vrem să profităm din plin de toate oportunitățile. Alianța, inițiată de Agenția Internațională pentru Energie Regenerabilă (IRENA), Danemarca și Consiliul Global pentru Energie Eoliană, va reuni guverne, sectorul privat, organizații internaționale și alte părți interesate pentru a accelera implementarea energiei eoliene offshore. Vrem să lucrăm cu restul statelor membre pentru a stimula ambițiile naționale, regionale și globale și pentru a elimina barierele din calea implementării energiei eoliene offshore pe piețele noi și existente.
