Vicepremierul Turcan: ”30 de miliarde de euro vor fi investiți în reconstrucția României”

Vicepremierul României, Raluca Turcan, susține că țara noastră are o șansă uriașă de dezvoltare, după ce UE ne-a alocat 80 de miliarde de euro.

„80 de miliarde de euro este bugetul alocat României, din fonduri europene, în anii următori. Este cea mai consistentă finanțare europeană pe care a primit-o România de la aderare și, totodată, o șansă uriașă de dezvoltare. Din această sumă, peste 30 de miliarde vor fi investiți în reconstrucția României după perioada de criză sanitară, prin Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență.

Alături de ministrul fondurilor europene, Marcel Ioan Boloș, am avut astăzi o întâlnire de lucru cu Johannes Hahn, comisarul european pentru buget și administrație. L-am asigurat pe comisarul Hahn că Ministerul Fondurilor Europene, desemnat coordonator al Planului Național de Redresare și Reziliență, înregistrează cea mai bună performanță în materie de absorbție a fondurilor UE de la înființarea sa. Dovada în acest sens este faptul că în doar 2 luni, la sfârșitul lui 2019, am salvat de la dezangajare 600 milioane de euro.

În prezent, suntem în grafic cu redactarea documentelor programatice aferente perspectivei financiare 2012-2027, atât Acordul de Parteneriat, cât și cele 8 Programe Operaționale fiind deja transmise Comisiei pentru analiză și evaluare.

Prioritatea Guvernului PNL este de a atinge ținta de absorbție de 100% până la finalul actualei perioade de programare.

Am subliniat în discuția de astăzi faptul că Politica de Coeziune este instrumentul cheie pentru reducerea decalajelor dintre statele membre.

În acest sens, România susține concluziile Consiliului European din iulie referitoare la:

  • Flexibilizarea regulilor privind realocarea resurselor între fonduri;
  • Păstrarea regulilor referitoare la dezangajare și a cotei de cofinanțare în cazul regiunilor celor mai puțin dezvoltate;
  • O mai bună corelare între concentrarea tematică și contextul economic actual de la nivelul statelor membre.

Considerăm, totodată, că provocările climatice și inovarea trebuie să meargă umăr la umăr cu reducerea decalajelor de dezvoltare.

În plus, instrumentul de reacție rapidă REACT EU trebuie să ofere sprijin suplimentar României în această perioadă pentru combaterea efectelor crizei sanitare.

Pe lângă toate acestea, România își propune să utilizeze suma alocată în cadrul Next Generation EU prin Mecanismul Facilității de Redresare și Reziliență.
