Ordonanţa de Urgenţă prin care fermierii afectaţi de secetă pot cere ajutoare de stat a fost publicată în Monitorul Oficial miercuri, după ce a fost aprobată de Comisia Europeană. Anunțul a fost făcut de Emil Dumitru, secretar de stat în cadrul ministerului de resort.

„Ştim cu toţii că este un an agricol foarte greu. Nimeni nu şi-a dorit să trecem prin secetă şi COVID. În Monitorul Oficial de astăzi (miercuri – n.r.) a fost publicată Ordonanţa de Urgenţă numărul 148/2020, care reglementează modul de acordare a sprijinului. Avem decizia Comisiei Europene de aprobare a schemei de ajutor de stat. Este un ajutor de stat excepţional, pentru că celelalte state au mecanisme precum fondul mutual: fermierii cotizează la un fond şi, dintr-un euro despăgubiri, 60 de eurocenţi sunt rambursaţi de la Comisia Europeană”, a spus oficialul ministerial, care a participat, miercuri, la o conferinţă de presă organizată de Alianţa pentru Agricultură şi Cooperare.

„Voi genera o discuţie cu asigurătorii şi cu ASF, astfel încât cei care activează pe piaţa asigurărilor în agricultură să introducă în mod obligatoriu şi seceta ca risc asigurabil”, a mai spus Dumitru.

Guvernul a aprobat, pe 24 august, o ordonanţă privind instituirea unei scheme de ajutor de stat pentru despăgubirea fermierilor afectaţi de secetă.

„A fost adoptată ordonanţa pentru instituirea unei scheme de ajutor de stat pentru despăgubirea fermierilor afectaţi de efectele secetei. Vorbim despre o schemă de ajutor de stat cu un buget de 850 de milioane de lei pentru un număr de aproximativ 34.400 de fermieri şi o suprafaţă afectată de aproximativ 1,6 milioane de hectare. Valoarea maximă a sprijinului acordat în cadrul aceste scheme de ajutor de stat poate să ajungă până la 925 de lei pe hectar pentru suprafeţele afectate de secetă”, anunţa la acel moment şeful Cancelariei premierului, Ional Dancă.

Premierul Ludovic Orban anunţa marţi că OUG privind despăgubirile pentru culturile afectate de secetă va fi publicată în Monitorul Oficial în cursul zilei şi va începe să-şi producă efectele.

„Comisia Europeană a aprobat schema de ajutor de stat pentru despăgubirea fermierilor ale căror suprafeţe au fost afectate de secetă. În urma aprobării de către Comisia Europeană a solicitării de ajutor de stat formulată de Guvernul României, astăzi se va publica ordonanţa de urgenţă prin care Guvernul a alocat sumele necesare pentru plata despăgubirilor către fermierii ale căror culturi au fost afectate de secetă”, a declarat Ludovic Orban marţi, la Turnu Măgurele.

El a adăugat că fermierii vor avea la dispoziţie zece zile pentru a transmite cererile de despăgubire.

„Imediat cu publicarea ordonanţei, orice fermier se poate adresa Ministerului Agriculturii şi structurilor Ministerului Agriculturii. În termen de zece zile trebuie să formuleze solicitarea, iar Ministerul Agriculturii trebuie să transmită despăgubirile către fermierii afectaţi”, a precizat premierul, potrivit Agerpres.
