Sunt sau nu bani pentru majorările promise de PSD – Calcule complete pentru pensii, alocații și salarii, la „Legile puterii”

Profesorul universitar Anton Hadăr, președintele Federației „Alma Mater”, a demonstrat de câți bani ar fi nevoie pentru a fi îndeplinite promisiunile făcute de politicieni în aceste zile în timpul negocierilor dintre PNL și PSD pentru formarea Guvernului. Toate calculele au fost prezentate marți seară, la „Legile puterii”, cu Alexandra Păcuraru.

Social-democrații au anunțat că printre măsurile pe termen scurt sunt: creșterea pensiilor cu 11% din 1 decembrie 2021, a indemnizaţiei sociale minime cu 200 de lei, la 1.000 de lei pe lună, a alocaţiilor pentru copii de la 1 decembrie la nivelul stabilit prin Legea 14/2020, precum și a salariului minim, pentru studii generale, de la 1 ianuarie, de la 2.550 de lei la 2.600 de lei. Condițiile impuse încă din prima lună de guvernare comună au fost anunțate luni de Sorin Grindeanu, prim-vicepreședinte PSD și confirmate de liderul Marcel Ciolacu. La rândul lui, Florin Cîțu a declarat marți că este „de acord cu orice majorare în funcție de ce ne putem permite. Dacă există surse de finanțare, bineînțeles că se pot face. Dacă nu, vom vedea ce-și poate permite economia”.

Profesorul Anton Hadăr a ajuns la concluzia că ar fi necesare 100 de miliarde de lei pentru a asigura o majorare de 11% a pensiilor cu contributivitate, după calculele făcute marți seară, la „Legile puterii”. 

„Au vorbit despre o majorare de 6-11%. Voi face calculul pentru 11%, normal și necesar, pentru ca un an jumătate au stat fără nicio creștere. Astfel că punctul de pensie, de la 1.442 va ajunge 1.600 de lei. E un pas înainte, trebuie în etape. Ar fi necesare 100 de miliarde pentru toate pensiile, pt ca astăzi avem 90 de miliarde ca să plătim pensii. Și noi adunăm 73-74, restul pune statul, pentru ca multi nu dau bani. (…) Colectarea, sa vada de ce nu dau oamenii bani. Pentru ca multi abuzeaza in economia gri, uneori chiar neagra. Vor fi 99,9 miliarde de lei. E nevoie de un surplus de 10 miliarde de lei, ca urmare a creșteerii de 11%”, a explicat Anton Hadăr.

„Au spus că dau o creștere semnificativă de 25% la indemnizația minimă, adică pensia minimă. Avem 800 de lei care trece în 1.000 de lei. Am pus mai mulți decât sunt în plată astăzi – cam 950.000, am considerat 1,1 milioane de pensionari, pentru ca o patrime va putea beneficia de cresterea asta, inmultit  cu 200 de lei pe luna, si pentru 12 luni,  se ajunge la 12,4 miliarde de lei. Rotunjind inca o data ajungem la 12,5 miliarde, numai la pensii”, potrivit profesorului Hadăr. Acesta a atras atenția că statul va ajunge să completeze cu 28 de milioane de lei dacă nu crește colectarea.

La alocațiile pentru copii, creșterea promisă este de 40%.

„La prima din cele două categorii de alocații, de maximum 300 de lei, azi e 240 de lei, vor să o ducă la 300 de lei, inseamna un plus de 86 de lei. Aici intra copiii între 2 și 18 ani. Cealalta categorie care este astăzi este 427 de lei si sa ajunga la 600 de lei, adica un plus de 173 de lei. Aici intra copiii intre 0-2 ani, alături de cei intre 0-18 ani cu dizabilități”, potrivit calculelor lu iAnton Hadăr.

„Dupa un calcul simplu, dupa doi ani, până la 18 ani, sunt 16 ani de plata, aproximativ 150 de mii de elevi, 160 de mii, inmultind, au iesit 2,5 miliarde de lei la prima categorie”, a completat Hadăr.

„La a doua vor fi necesare 0,6 miliarde. În cazul celor cu dizabilitati insemana 0,1 miliarde. În total, plus 3,2 miliarde de lei, a doua creștere (care se adaugă la cea din pensii – n.red.)”, a mai explicat profesorul universitar.

La salariul minim, „beleaua cade pe privat. La stat nu sunt mulți”, susține Anton Hadăr.

„Ce a spus PSD? Că 2.300 ar trebui să ajungă la 2.740. Ar deveni un plus de 440 de lei. La cei cu studii superioare  de la 2.250 ar trebui să treacă la 3.000 de lei, adică o creștere de 750 de lei. Dacă se pun acei 440 de lei înmulțiți cu 2 milioane de români beneficiari, pentu că vor crește și cei cu 2.300, aproximativ, se ajunge la 10,5 miliarde de lei, din care doar 1 miliard e la stat, restul este de la la privat. Câștigă și Guvernul, bugetul, prin impozit, zona de sănătate, Casa de Pensii. (…) 

Și ultimul calcul, cei 650 de lei înmulțiți cu 12 luni și cu aproximativ 500 de mii de oameni cu studii superioare ar da 4 miliarde de lei. Ar fi 14,5 miliarde de lei, dar , după părerea mea, statul nu dă mai mult de 1,5 miliarde de lei”, a mai explicat Anton Hadăr.

„Dacă s-ar da 2.740 de lei (salariul majorat – n.red.), românii ar lua 1.625 de lei, cei cu salariul minim, iar cei cu studii superioare – 1.825 de lei. Nu sunt sume mari în mână, dacă ne gândim la cheltuielile pe care le avem astăzi”, a mai adăugat profesorul.

„1,5 miliarde și cu 12,5 miliarde și cu 3,2 miliarde ar fi 17,2 miliarde de lei, să zicem 17 miliarde de lei.

Noi am imprumutat 200 de miliarde într-un an și jumătate. Daca vrei, poți. E rețeta completă pentru ce și-au propus. E drept că este dintr-odată. Și energia electrică, gazele, benzina, motorina… Este vorba de 17 miliarde de lei în total”, a concluzionat Anton Hadăr, marți seară, la „Legile puterii”.
