Șoferii nu vor mai putea parca GRATIS pe locurile amenajate sau pe trotuarele din centrul Capitalei – mașini ridicate și amenzi usturătoare

Primăria Capitalei va marca în următoarele luni toate locurile de parcare din interiorul inelului median de circulație, adică centrul orașului, și nu se va mai putea parca gratuit în această zonă, a explicat viceprimarul Capitalei, Stelian Bujduveanu. În paralel, serviciul va fi digitalizat, în această toamnă se vor pune parcometre și bariere automate, astfel că taxatorii vor dispărea, iar cei care parchează pe trotuar vor fi sancționați, a explicat Bujduveanu. 

Cei care nu plătesc parcarea vor fi sancționați cu o suprataxă și li se va bloca roata sau li se va pune un blocator de parbriz, inspectorii urmând să verifice cine și-a plătit parcarea și cine nu, din mașini electrice, cu ajutorul unei aplicații care citește numerele de pe plăcuțele de înmatriculare, așa cum se întâmplă în alte capitale europene, a mai explicat viceprimarul.

„Avem circa 13.000 de locuri de parcare și ne propunem să ajungem la 30.000 în zona centrală. În prima etapă acționăm în interiorul inelului central, unde ne-am propus să avem o politică agresivă de taxare a parcării. Nu vom permite parcarea mașinii fără plata taxei de parcare. Nu vom permite parcarea pe trotuar. Vom avea în două etape. În primul rând vorbim despre aplicarea legii, nu ai voie să-ți lași mașina pe spațiul verde sau pe trotuare. Apoi taxarea și suprataxarea acelor oameni care lasă mașina pe un loc de parcare marcat și nu plătesc tariful aferent”, a declarat Stelian Bujduveanu, într-un interviu pentru hotnews. 

„Nu se mai poate parca gratis pe locurile amenajate de astăzi, nu s-a putut parca gratis nici până acum, dar era mult mai lejeră abordarea angajaților Primăriei Capitalei care se ocupau de acest serviciu. Începând de luna aceasta, ne vom ocupa de informarea cetățenilor, o campanie de informare agresivă, ca să nu intrăm abrupt, poate unii nu au știut că acolo este parcare publică, poate nu au fost atenți la semne. Din august, nu vom mai permite nimănui să ocupe domeniul public fără să achite și nu vom mai permite să parcheze neregulamentar, fiindcă parcările publice sunt goale fiindcă lumea parchează pe trotuar”, a mai spus acesta.

Întrebat cum va da mașinile jos de pe trotuar, Bujduveanu a explicat: „Cu ajutorul Poliției Locale, cu ajutorul Brigăzii Rutiere, deja de la începutul anului avem campanii pe bulevarde, pe Pallady, pe Pantelimon, pe care le luăm la rând în fiecare zi pentru a înștiința șoferii care își lasă mașinile acolo că nu este voie să blocheze prima bandă. Același lucru îl vom face și în inelul central, unde vom înștiința șoferii și acolo unde aceștia încalcă regulile, le vom ridica mașinile, vom bloca roțile și Brigada Rutieră îi va amenda. Lumea va învăța încet-încet.”
