SCHEMA banilor publici: cine trage sforile pe sume colosale – Grupul de la Cluj: „CAPETELE LUMINATE” care fac ordine în țară

O nouă schemă a celebrului Grup de la Cluj a fost explicată de Anca Alexandrescu în emisiunea Culisele Statului Paralel, la Realitatea PLUS, marți seara. Este vorba despre afaceri de milioane de euro, iar toate drumurile duc la Cluj, spre caracatița baronilor care fac legea.

„Avem o schemă nouă. Capul Grupului de la Cluj este dl Rus. Care a fost ministrul Transporturilor, ministru de Interne, a fost de toate, dar în continuare este șeful Grupului de la Cluj, împreună cu dl Coldea și dl Maior. Vreau să vă aduc aminte ce spunea dl Rus când era în Guvernul Ponta despre copiii și soțiile celor din străinătate”, a arătat Anca Alexandrescu în emisiunea Culisele Statului Paralel.

„România are 3 milioane de oameni în occident din forța activă. 1 milion sunt fierari, zidari.. lucrează în construcții… au poate 1500 euro salariu. De banii ăștia copiii se fac golani acasă și nevasta curvă. deci 700 de euro vin acasă, jumătate”, a spus Ioan Rus la vremea respectivă.

Anca Alexandrescu: „Cum? dl Rus a fost foarte supărat pe mine, i-a spus d-lui Ponta că eu sunt de vină că a fost rostogolită această declarație. Ponta nu a vrut să mă dea afară atunci, a rezistat presiunilor.

Vi se pare ciudat că dl Rus este apropiat de dl Grindeanu? Rus a fost primul care a sărit să-i ia apărarea lui Grindeanu când Dragnea a vrut să-l dea afară. A spus că este delirant, că PSD comite o eroare foarte mare. Este absurd”, a spus el.

Mai apare un nume foarte interesant. Grindeanu are în subordine și CNAIR. De ani de zile, dar și în ultimul an, primește contracte DP Consult. Firma aparține unui fost șef CNAIR, sponsor al PSD Cluj din vremea când Rus era mare și puternic. A fost pus șef la CNAIR, a fost declarat incompatibil, iar Șova l-a luat și l-a pus la un departament, la mai bine. Acest domn a inventat nunțile în Italia. E o modă la Cluj să-și facă nunțile în Italia. Firma a făcut centura de Diamant care s-a surpat de 5 ori. Bani mulți, foarte mulți. Printre altele, are și casă în Italia, nu valorează decât 200 mii euro. A făcut nunta fiicei la Roma. Rus s-a luat după el și a făcut nunta fiului unde s-a filmat filmul casa Gucci. Se poate dacă ești bugetar.

Firma DP Consult, în afară de contracte pe bandă, se asociază cu o casă de avocatură, inslusiv pe la Teleorman au câștigat. Se numește Teaha Fuzeși: dl Teaha este avocatul pe care Boc l-a angajat să îl razbune pe Ioan Rus în fața fostului ginere. A păgubit bugetul Clujului pentru asta cu doar 23 de milioane de euro. Și același domn avocat este și avocatul lui Ștefan Berciu, asociatul Elenei Udrea în proiectul Transilvania Smart City. Dar acum vor să pună mâna pe afacerea Elenei Udrea, de 2 miliarde de euro. Au făcut un act care îi va costa pe clujeni. 23 de milioane de euro vor plăti clujenii. Dl Teaha este foarte potent. Berciu apare în schema pe care am prezentat-o data trecută ca fiind asociatul Elenei Udrea. El a spus că nu are nicio treabă cu doamna Udrea. Ulterior, când a recunoscut Elena Udrea, erau asociați.

Berciu, care îl are avocat pe Teaha, cumpără proiecte pe are unii le vând că se tem că vor fi dați în judecată și rămân cu banii opriți până la un verdict”, a explicat Anca Alexandrescu.

Dorin Iacob: „Acest proiect pleacă de la un teren foarte frumos pe un deal, lângă aeroport. E o afacere începută de cetățeni străini care au vândut către grupul de firme pe care l-ai amintit o companie și o ipotecă de 20 de milioane de euro. Au început să facă o dezvoltare imobiliară și au făcut o convenție că vor plăti în tranșe și se vor primi documentele necesare. Pe teritoriul României poți face plăți în baza unor documente. S-au făcut plăți, s-au dat documente doveditoare până la 10 milioane. După care, în cartea funciară nu mai apar documente justificative. Partea română a zis: nu ai documente, nu pot să plătesc. 1. Cum a putut un notar asistat de un avocat să consemneze așa ceva? S-a format, din informațiile pe care le am, oamenii și-au preconstituit scoatere de bani din România fără să fi existat vreodată acești bani. Doamna notar trebuia să avertizeze și să nu facă o asemenea chestiune. dl Berciu apare în situații care sunt litigioase și riscante. Vorbim despre faptul că oameni politici stau în jurul unor astfel de situații tenebroase”.

„Alte case de avocatură nu mai există în Cluj? E bună și la imobiliare, la toate. Vom continua subiectul”, a încheiat Anca Alexandrescu.
