Seceta aduce noi scumpiri la carne și lactate! Este anunțul disperat al fermierilor, care spun că nu știu cum să se descurce, pentru că pășunile s-au uscat, apele au secat și nu mai au cu ce să-și hrănească animalele. Multe dintre ele s-au îmbolnăvit și nu mai dau lapte, altele chiar au murit.
Laptele şi brânza s-au scumpit cu 20% faţă de anul trecut, iar producătorii spun că se poate şi mai rău, astfel că lactatele ar putea deveni un lux pentru mulţi români. În pieţe, un kilogram de brânză de oaie costă acum 35-40 de lei, iar în 2021 se vindea cu 30 lei.
Producătorii spun că de vină sunt scumpirile la carburanţi şi utilităţi, dar şi costurile de producţie.
„Este din ce în ce mai greu, dar nu avem ce face. Preţurile s-au majorat cumplit în ultimele luni. Am consumat furaje până aproape de 1 mai, ciobanul costă 20 de milioane, plus mâncare.
Noi rămânem cu foarte puţin după toate aceste cheltuieli”, spune un producător
„Seceta a avut un impact atât asupra culturilor de toamnă, adică a grâului şi orzului, cât şi asupra rapiţei, dar va avea repercusiuni şi asupra culturilor de primăvară, în special porumbul şi floarea soarelui”, spune Alina Creţu, directorul Asociaţiei Producătorilor de Porumb din ţară.
„Este posibil să existe o creştere semnificativă a preţului produselor de bază, dar şi al celor procesate” conform acesteia.
„În România producem doar 20-25% din consumul naţional de carne de porc proaspătă. Suntem şi mai îngrijoraţi pentru că de fiecare dată când apar urgenţe de secetă, furajul se scumpeşte”, spune Ioan Ladosi, preşedintele Asociaţiei Române producători de porci (Apcpr).
„Dacă nu reuşim să acoperim costurile, multe firme vor da faliment”, spune Ladoşi.
Nu numai carnea de porc, ci şi floarea-soarelui suferă din cauza efectelor devastatoare ale schimbărilor climatice.
„Seceta a făcut ravagii la culturile de floarea soarelui”, relatează un apicultor din judeţul Iaşi. „N-a mai plouat din luna mai, când oricum a plouat foarte puţin, poate cinci litri de apă pe metru pătrat” a continuat el.
În plus, faptul că inflația a crescut galopant în ultimele luni a dus și la faptul că românii își permit să cumpere din ce în ce mai puține alimente:
„Preţurile de consum în luna iunie 2022 comparativ cu luna mai 2022 au crescut cu 0,8%. Rata inflaţiei de la începutul anului (iunie 2022 comparativ cu decembrie 2021) este 10,0%. Rata anuală a inflaţiei în luna iunie 2022 comparativ cu luna iunie 2021 este 15,1%. Rata medie a preţurilor de consum în ultimele 12 luni (iulie 2021 – iunie 2022) faţă de precedentele 12 luni (iulie 2020 – iunie 2021) este 9,3%”, se arată într-un comunicatul INS.
