În ședința de Guvern de luni, s-a discutat ordonanța de urgență privind unele măsuri pentru alocarea de fonduri externe nerambursabile necesare desfășurării în condiții de prevenție a activităților didactice aferente anului școlar 2020/2021 în contextul riscului de infecție cu coronavirus SARS-Cov-2.

Premierul Ludovic Orban a anunţat, luni, că Guvernul va adopta o ordonanţă de urgenţă prin care se alocă suma de 175 de milioane de euro pentru decontarea cheltuielilor făcute de autorităţile locale, de unităţile şcolare pentru pregătirea anului de învăţământ în contextul epidemiei de COVID-19.

 „Va trebui să realizăm pentru adoptare, în urma avizului Consiliului Legislativ, două ordonanţe de urgenţă. Prima este ordonanţa de urgenţă prin care se alocă suma de 175 de milioane de euro pentru decontarea cheltuielilor făcute de autorităţile locale, de unităţile şcolare pentru pregătirea anului şcolar. Este actul normativ prin care decontăm cheltuieli pentru achiziţionarea de tablete pentru elevi, decontăm cheltuielile pentru echipamente de protecţie, măşti şi alte echipamente de protecţie, atât pentru elevi, cât şi pentru cadrele didactice care au nevoie”, a precizat Orban, în deschiderea şedinţei de Guvern.

Premierul Ludovic Orban i-a cerut ministrului Sănătății să ia măsurile necesare pentru urgentarea procedurii de achiziție.

”Domnule ministru Tătaru, să luati toate măsurile pentru urgentarea procedurii de achiziție și nu uitați de achiziția pentru alegeri”, a spus premierul.

Ministrul Tătaru a replicat faptul că evaluarea făcută ajunge la 12 milioane de lei.

”Aveți bani în buget? Verificați, că, dacă nu, va trebui să alocăm bani din fondul de rezervă și trebuie pregătită hotărârea de guvern, pentru că altfel nu putem derula procedura. Pregătiți cu mai multă meticulozitate procedura, ea trebuie să se deruleze rapid”, a spus premierul.
