„Legile puterii”. Lucian Bode, despre soarta companiei TAROM: Va fi salvată, dar este nevoie de restructurare

Ministrul Transporturilor, Lucian Bode, a vorbit, luni seară, la „Legile puterii”, la Realitatea PLUS, despre planul de salvare a companiei TAROM. Ministrul a anunțat că luni a fost aprobat și planul de restructurare al companiei, fără de care nu compania nu poate fi salvată.

Ministrul Lucian Bode a precizat, luni seară, că „TAROM va fi salvata, are o flota de avioane capabila sa asigure un flux financiar ca aceasta companie sa fie salvata. Dar fără o  restructurare, și nu vorbesc numai de cea de personal, si alte costuri care trebuie eliminate – combustibil, agentii, interne , internationale… Sunt multe masuri pe care le vom lua conform unui plan de restructurare aprobat astazi (luni, 3 august – n.red) în Consiliul de Administratie”.

„Compania TAROM a fost ajutată, în februarie a primit 37 de milioane de euro ajutor de salvare, care se va trasnforma inajutor de restructurare. 

Odata ce transmitem planul de restructurare către Comisia Euroepana, am notificat Comisia, cu aprobarea Comisiei, am solicitat garantii de stat de la Finante pentru 65 mil euro. Sunt pierderile pe care credem ca le vom acumula pe perioada pandemiei. In aceasta perioada zborurile s-au redus cu 90-95%. Nu e vina TAROM și a niciunei companii aeriene ca a fost obligata sa tina avioanele la sol”, a mai spus Lucian Bode.

„La TAROM avem un management nou, am incredere ca vor implementa planul de restructurare si ca vor obtine finantarea pana la sfarsitul anului, ianuarie 2021, sa foloseasca banii, astfel incat, vânzând cele 9 aeronave vechi, obtinând undeva la 32 de milioane de dolari, fonduri din aceasta vanzare, sa reusim sa salvam compania Tarom. Sigur ca solutia este un management profesionist. Guvernul Orban a demarat proceduri pentru mai multe companii – CN Aeroporturi Bucuresti, suntem în procedura finala de selectie a unui management profesionist, după care trecem la directoru lgeneral. La fel se va intâmpla și la TAROM, dar acum nu avem timp sa stăm în proceduri. Noi trebuie să salvăm  astăzi compania TAROM, că mâine este târziu”, a mai precizat Lucian Bode, la „Legile puterii”.
