ANPC a controlat modul în care sunt vândute produsele alimentare ecologice! Nereguli, în mai multe județe

Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor (ANPC) a desfăşurat în cursul lunii martie, la nivel naţional, o tematică de control privind modul în care sunt respectate prevederile legale la comercializarea şi etichetarea produselor alimentare ecologice.

Au fost verificați 267 operatori economici, la 97 dintre aceştia (36 %) constantȃndu-se abateri de la prevederile legale.
Comisarii ANPC au controlat o cantitate de peste 13 t de produse alimentare ecologice aflate la comercializare, din care aproximativ 0,67 t s-au dovedit a fi neconforme.
În urma verificărilor, au fost aplicate 108 sancţiuni contravenţionale, respectiv 49 avertismente şi 59 amenzi, în valoare de 407.000 lei, la care s-au adăugat măsuri complementare constând în:
– oprirea temporară de la comercializare a 171 de kg de produse alimentare ecologice, în valoare de peste 6.000 lei, până la remedierea neconformităţilor constatate;
–  oprirea definitivă de la comercializare a 118 kg produse alimentare ecologice, în valoare de aproximativ 1.500 lei, acestea fiind improprii consumului uman.
 
Dintre abaterile constatate în timpul controlului, menționăm:

  • Comercializarea produselor alimentare ecologice cu parametrii neconformi, cu ambalajele deteriorate sau în afara datei durabilității minimale stabilită de  producători, în județele: Mureș, Cluj, Galați, Brăila, Giurgiu, Mehedinți, Sibiu, Botoșani și Municipiul București.
  • Nereguli privind etichetarea şi, implicit, informarea consumatorilor, în județele Mureș, Galați, Bacău, Neamț, Harghita, Satu Mare, Sibiu, Brașov, Giurgiu, Arad și Vâlcea.
  • Nerespectarea conditiilor de expunere la comercializare, în județele Mureș, Bihor și Giurgiu.
  • Practici comerciale incorecte, în județele Călărași, Dâmbovița, Giurgiu și Mehedinți.
  • Abateri privind afişarea prețurilor, în județele Mureș, Giurgiu, Gorj, Vaslui, Cluj, Brăila, Mehedinți, Bacău, Iași, Neamț, Sibiu, Teleorman, Călărași, Botoșani și Prahova.

 

SFATURI PENTRU ACHIZIȚIONAREA PRODUSELOR ALIMENTARE ECOLOGICE:

 

  • La cumpărare, acordaţi atenţie deosebită aspectului produsului;
  • Urmăriţi modul de etichetare al produselor alimentare ecologice, care trebuie să conţină următoarele elemente:

(a) denumirea produsului alimentar;
(b) lista ingredientelor;
(c) orice ingredient sau adjuvant tehnologic care provoacă alergii sau intoleranță;
(d) cantitatea de anumite ingrediente sau categorii de ingrediente;
(e) cantitatea netă de produs alimentar;
(f) data durabilității minimale sau data limită de consum;
(g) condițiile speciale de păstrare și/sau condițiile de utilizare;
(h) numele sau denumirea comercială și adresa operatorului din sectorul alimentar menționat;
(i) țara de origine sau locul de proveniență a produsului;
(j) instrucțiuni de utilizare, în cazul în care omiterea lor ar îngreuna utilizarea corectă a produsului alimentar;
(k) pentru băuturile care conțin mai mult de 1,2 % de alcool în volum, concentrația alcoolică dobândită;
(l) o declarație nutrițională.
 
–    Suplimentar, etichetarea trebuie să mai conţină, obligatoriu, următoarele elemente:
(a) numărul de cod al autorității sau al organismului de control care reglementează activitatea operatorului care a desfășurat cea mai recentă operație de producție sau procesare;
(b) sigla Comunității, în cazul produselor alimentare preambalate;
(c) în cazul în care se utilizează sigla Comunității, o indicație a locului unde s-a cultivat materia primă agricolă din care se compune produsul trebuie să apară în același câmp vizual cu sigla.
 
 
Atenție!

  • Indicația „UE” sau „non-UE” poate fi înlocuită sau completată cu numele unui stat, în cazul în care întreaga materie primă agricolă din care se compune produsul a fost cultivată în statul respectiv.
  • Utilizarea siglei comunitare menționată, precum și indicația locului unde s-a cultivat materia primă agricolă sunt opționale pentru produsele importate din țări terțe.

Important!

  • Nu cumpăraţi produse preambalate neetichetate, iar pentru cele comercializate vrac este obligatorie înscrierea, la locul de comercializare a componentelor cu efecte alergene;
  • Refuzaţi produsele alimentare ecologice pentru care aveţi îndoieli privind calitatea şi modul de informare prin etichetare;
  • Refuzați produsele alimentare ecologice pe care nu este înscrisă data durabilității minimale/ data limită de consum sau dacă aceasta este modificată sau depăşită;
  • La cumpărarea produselor alimentare ecologice, solicitați şi păstrati bonul de casă pentru a putea proba în cazul in care, în mod justificat, doriți să reclamați calitatea/siguranța unui produs;
  • Nu cumpărați produsele alimentare ecologice din locuri neautorizate! Comerciantul respectiv nu are posibilitatea să asigure condiţiile optime de transport, depozitare şi comercializare şi nu vă poate elibera bon de casă cu care să justificați tranzacţia comercială şi riscaţi să achiziţionați un produs neconform sau chiar nesigur care poate să vă afecteze sănătatea.
