Vânzările de maşini ecologice noi au crescut în România, în primele zece luni ale anului, cu 15,15%, în comparaţie cu aceeaşi perioadă din 2019, până la 6.385 de unităţi, arată datele Asociaţiei Producătorilor şi Importatorilor de Autoturisme (APIA), consultate de AGERPRES.

La 31 octombrie 2020, ponderea autoturismelor electrice şi hibride noi în totalul pieţei auto locale ajunsese la 6,6%, peste nivelul perioadei similare din 2019, când aceasta a fost de 4,2%.

Conform datelor centralizate de APIA, în intervalul ianuarie – octombrie 2020, cele mai multe achiziţii noi au fost consemnate la categoria autoturismelor hibride, respectiv 3.950 de exemplare, în scădere cu 3,5%, comparativ cu primele zece luni din anul precedent.

De asemenea, vânzările de autoturisme electrice au înregistrat un salt de 54,4%, până la 1.780 de unităţi, în timp de modelele plug-in au consemnat 655 de exemplare, mai mult cu 119,1%, raportat la perioada de referinţă.

La nivelul lunii octombrie, în România s-au comercializat 996 de autoturisme ecologice, în creştere cu 20,43% comparativ cu luna septembrie, când se vânduseră 827 de unităţi noi, iar ponderea în total piaţă a crescut la 8%, de la 7,7%.

La începutul lunii noiembrie, ministrul Mediului, Apelor şi Pădurilor, Mircea Fechet, anunţa că prin Programul „Rabla Plus” au fost rezervate peste 4.000 de maşini electrice. De asemenea, întrucât bugetul acestui program s-a epuizat cu mult înainte de finalul anului, s-a aprobat o suplimentare a acestuia de la 140 de milioane de lei la 200 de milioane de lei.
