Astăzi, 1 martie 2021, Registrul Comerțului a înregistrat oficial hotărârea executorie a Tribunalului București vizând modificările privind compania ROMPREST conform cărora președintele director general al companiei este Păcuraru Beniamin Cioantă. De astăzi, sub noua conducere, aceasta va înceta orice formă de hărțuire la adresa patronului Realitatea PLUS și a primarului Sectorului 1 al Capitalei, Clotilde Armand.
„Mentiunea nr. 359614 din 31.07.2020, avand ca obiect inregistrarea modificarilor privind COMPANIA ROMPREST SERVICE S.A. cuprinse in: extras din hotararea adunarii generale ordinare a actionarilor din 28.07.2020 este inscrisa in registrul comertului la data de 01.03.2021 conform Sentintei Civile nr. 279 din 10.02.2021 pronuntata in dosarul nr. 19642/3/2020/a1 emisa de Tribunalul Bucuresti Sectia a VI-a Civila”, se arată în document.
Potrivit reprezentanților companiei, de astăzi, sub noua conducere, aceasta va înceta orice formă de hărțuire la adresa patronului Realitatea PLUS și a primarului Sectorului 1, Clotilde Armand.
Reamintim că duminică, 21 februarie, a avut loc un protest în fața casei acționarului majoritar Realitatea PLUS. Imaginile surprinse de camerele de supraveghere din zonă au arătat că mai mulți indivizi au fost aduși de mașini ale televiziunii lui Sebastian Ghiță și au făcut scandal. Deși, inițial, s-a spus că este un protest spontan, protestatarii interlopi au venit cu pancarte, semn că s-au pregătit din timp, întreaga acțiune fiind regizată.
Protestatarii au fost identificați și se prezintă pe rețelele de socializare drept interlopi.
Manifestația a fost transmisă în direct, minute bune, chiar de România TV, televiziune condusă de Sebastian Ghiță, deși părea că persoanele care protestau nu știau exact situația pentru care se aflau în stradă. Nici măcar reporterul care a transmis evenimentul nu a fost stăpân pe informații.
Echipamentele cu care a fost transmis protestul de atunci aparțin televiziunii Realitatea și au fost puse sub sechestru de ANAF încă din 2010. Cu toate acestea, ele sunt folosite în continuare în mod ilegal de angajații postului de televiziune condus de fugarul Ghiță.
Asocierea cu lumea interlopă era menită să creeze un act de intimidare. Autoritățile competente au fost imediat sesizate.
În plus, în acest weekend, același post România TV a promovat un protest care a avut loc, de data aceasta, în fața casei primarului Sectorului 1, Clotilde Armand. Codruța Cerva și fostul model de videochat Oana Lovin, două protestatare extrem de controversate în spațiul public, apariții frecvente în studiourile România TV, au făcut un scandal monstru, tot într-o încercare disperată de intimidare.
Cele două au aruncat în curtea casei o pereche de cătușe. Acestea erau însoțite de un mesaj scris greșit din punct de vedere gramatical, cu virgulă între subiect și predicat: „SIIJ, iti urează „La multi ani”… fa Clotildo”.
În urma acțiunii, Poliția a fost chemată la fața locului. Cele două protestatare au avut o dispută chiar și cu oamenii legii.
